      When a player requested a self-exclusion, the company or the representative of it should inform you that creating or re-opening your account shouldn't be possible. I am stunned that they said otherwise. Sometimes live chat agents do not have fully knowledge about certain subjects and I find that very unprofessional of them. It could be because they do not fully understand the question. I know this because I've experienced it a couple of times. I asked about something and they replied with an answer that didn't make any sense, it did finally came through when I explained it step by step. Quit gambling could be not an easy thing to do but if you have the will to do it, I strongly believe you will succeed.

      I contacted Casimba regarding this matter and live chat agent told me that they run independently so I think you might have multiple account at their casino, probably you created a second account without knowing you already had one

      Emailing their complaint department won't solve it, if you really want to file a complaint, best to contact their license holder, in this case MGA. Or you can file a complaint here via Askgamblers.

      Mate, are you complaining right now? They changed the rules for a reason and it's not what you mentioned above. If you don't like the rules, then you don't have to participate. The choice is always yours but the rules cannot or will not be changed because you have a different opinion about them and I don't think it's personal thing against you.

      Somehow I knew Microgaming Jurassic World would be another clone of their preview releases. Big name same game. This goes also for The Phantom Of The Opera. White Rabbit is a very hard game. You need luck playing this game, a lot of it and I mean a lot!

      Yes indeed, apparently Microgaming won the battle. I'm not sure about the release date though but I'm guessing somewhere next week. I received an email from a casino about this game but I lost it somewhere. I receive dozens email every day hehehe

      Man, that's not cool at all. In the end you'll get less than you should. This also happened to me at SpaceLilly, I was playing with euros and got paid in dollars to my euro Skrill account. I lost at least 10% in total.
