This game is similar like playing the Book of Ra, i had over 400 spins and couldn't trigger free spins rounds. I was in personal contact with the original poster and could confirm both parties achieved an agreement on resolving the issue. Wish I could tell you more, but player was pretty eloquent he was not willing to give further publicity of the story and how exactly it has been resolved.

What malfunction??? That's a hand pay Jackpot amount. They should have paid you right away on site, no malfunction there.

Also from most complaints i read upon regarding these loss limits issues, most casino's have the loss limit placed on deposits, however there are some casinos that offer loss limits from your session.
 
As Valdes has mentioned depends what is written in the casino terms. Also did you read their terms regarding the loss limit feature?

My lovely AG friends, i am back... This past week have been the busiest week of my life. The move into my new house is finally over and went well. Never thought it would take my a week to settle in.
