Believe me, I think @cocopop3011 is more responsive via email to assist with things than in the forum for me personally. But one of the best Admins I have come to know across a gambling forum !

I remember with Winz and Videoslots did the same to me! It should be a standard, if a deposit is lost, no wagering for a lost deposit should be applicable. It's disgusting that they recall a wager to be done based a Deposit already lost. If I lost 10k today and lose deposit and win 20k, I should now wager the remaining of that lost 10k deposit? Disgusting! VS was worst, I once had to wager x1 for my last 9 deposits which was between 25 to 35 euro deposits. Luckily ended up with over 1.3k withdrawal in the end.

They make payment within 28 days of the submission of the invoices. So for the PP contest, is cocopop announce winners today, we will get payment for the PP contest by 27th of July the latest, which is 28 days from today.
