I think you fine, all of us are having bad streaks, I have not won really in the past 2 months. All my funds were lost. I think over the past 2 months I am about $800 down. I have raised my deposits now. With straight cash I try to make $50 plus deposits and start with $0.60 bets on average. When I only have $10 - $20, i claim a bonus, but look always for good offers. I used to place minimum bet of $0.20 as a start, but does not get me anywhere. The worst feeling is hitting that x1000 or x2000 when lowering your bet from let say $0.50 - $0.10 or $0.20...

As far as I know E-wallet deposits are not eligible for claiming bonuses - This would mean if you win they can confiscate your funds I think by right, even though if the system is automatic the system should not have credited that bonus at all since it detect a e-wallet deposit, and only your 100 balance should have shown. I know you did not use the bonus, but that does not help, 1.) We would need the Casino name in order to see whether they are reputable, 2.) The see if they could consider making an exception, as well as look at the other bonus terms to see whether real cash and bonus money are separate because if deposit and bonus funds are locked as bonus funds, then obviously they will not pay at all.

I am sorry to hear about the situation and I am not entirely sure what the best course of action would be. To answer the question above in red : Yes that is what should happen in terms of KYC process should be carried out before depositing, however 90% of casinos have not adopted this strategy.
