Condor group limited, even though they have a Malta License - They one of the shittiest group of casinos out there. Their game collections and other promos are impressive, but cs and cash out and verification sucks! I don't even wanna start with what I went through at Rembrandt casino. They screwed me over! I don't care really about the spins that much, however i mean if the leader board investigation is complete, and I am in fact 2nd place, I could do with that extra 100 euros to be added to my account though..

Nope you not offending me, you are right, which is why i told Sharon via email, the spins were added but expired after 24 hours, which I never knew and also explained to her, they said afterwards spins expire in 24 hours. However - That same night the money was added - @pinnit2015 opened the game after I confirmed with him the spins were in Doom of dead, however he said his spins were not there and neither were mine, even though I said Ill leave the cash and spins - The spins were not there, as I was curious to check. Little did I know 24 hours they were gone. I spoke to Pinnit via PM regarding this as well. So I am not sure which is which, the spins were added, we opened the game and there was no spins, or they said it was added but expired in 24 hours even though we did open the game that same night @pinnit2015 notified me the cash was added. So I just left everything as is, and i know Mr Pinnit withdrew his cash that same night.

Support said all free spins are valid for 24 hours. But how we supposed to know if they don't notify us its being added.

I assume that is the 100 euro and free spins that was credited on the same day, however spins added about 5 hours later.

I opened the game and there was nothing I did contact support and they said free spins expire in 24 hours after being credit and they cannot reissue or re-add them

@cocopop3011 - I also want to notify you the spins were never credited or maybe it was and expired? as I checked for the it the next day only. @pinnit2015 - Can you confirm you received you 100 spins? Also there was no clarity on which game the spins are on as well as we were never notified its been added as well as the cash. Had @pinnit2015 not tell me the money was credited, I would not have know either.
