    True dat...

But I have to admit, from what I see on Phantom the pay table looks much better than the latest releases. Which is why I am interested in seeing it.

Netent are away on a sabbatical to learn how to make decent games again.

Or - they've conceded defeat to MG's version

Their customer service is beyond poor. I had issues getting money out and trying to get an answer as why i couldn't withdraw took a month to resolve.

I no longer use e wallets - bonus bans on their use, coupled with fact that it's another company between you withdrawing and hitting your bank accounts, creates a risk of more issues.

I just deposit via another current account i have these days

Again, the free spins on start burst...urghhh

Used to use these guys but not in a while - better withdrawal times elsewhere.

To be fair excluding e wallets from bonus promo's is pretty common now  - casinos blame Skrill etc for their poor controls for the increase in fraud using e wallets (not sure about that one)

Trada adopt a common sense approach - they will allow them if you get prior approval

If you're playing starburst when it must be with free spins.

I had a nightmare i played real cash in it.

WMS slots like Rhino for high return (though prepare for bust)

Netent if you like nice graphics but rubbish pays. Though i do like Koi Princess the odd time.

I wouldn't go by what live chat has to say - half the time they can't even tell me what free spins i have in what game.

What they probably mean is that we are the casino and we use a cross platform payment provider to make the payments, which is of course pretty normal. Or they could simply mean 'Worldpay' 'All Pay'. The casino should be able to tell you what the time scales for processing are.

They will have a payments department in the sense that they process the payments (who else is going to send the payments on to the provider?!)

Regardless, check the withdrawal times and if undue delays submit a complaint.

If it's a rogue casinos and no payment, then chalk it off as a learning experience.

Not for me though...NetEnt has been dead for me for several months now.
The last game I played was Butterfly Staxx...and that too was a disaster for me...so bye bye NetEnt!

    Hi,

Nektan casinos have just added the old flash, pre rubbish HTML5, DOA.

20 quid in, had 12 bonus rounds and ready to cash out.

Of course they haven't changed the code on the new one.

For me this slot is my go to slot - when i'm down and think, what game can shoot me up, it's iR.

It can also murder you on minimum bets...and to think, it's not classed as high variance

Best to stick away from bonus's. Even if you adhere to the terms, in your eyes, you just open yourself to a casino's more creative interpretation.

I always get jittery when i withdraw from a bonus because it'll have gone through loads of checks and the terms are phrased as such to state 'irregular play'. Whatever that means.

In this case they need not be so creative - they set the terms, you broke 'em.

As a bit of balance to the argument...some of the good ones will present you with 6/7 bullet points, in plain English, of the bonus terms either before you load the game or to the side (can't remember which ones). Such a small thing but one that brings the players attention to the key terms.

General rule is that any winnings post SE will be confiscated but if you won that money before the SE then i can see no reason for them confiscating the money. Having said that Cassava are a poor outfit who currently have issues on-going with their SE.

Lodge a complaint (here or elsewhere) and take it from there

Some Casinos are like this - until you make a withdrawal you're still tied to the max bet etc (view being that you bankrolled based on the bonus)

Regardless, IMHO, these are predatory t's and c's and i'd highly suggest ppl read these and avoid such establishments (and those who tie in deposit and wager-grrrr).

So basically you'd need to withdraw and re-deposit - nuts

Sorry Afi but I think Esqueleto Explosivo is a real shocker of a game, but I do like Fruit Warp (although the RTP seems to get worse with each update!)

Flamebusters really tried to like, but bust deposit after bust deposit was heightened when i got bonus on a high stake, only to see a x15!

Thunderkick = innovative but i still think play n go/MG, whilst not exactly producing exciting games, have the bigger potential-IMHO, though i'm sure some will have the opposite view.

Nope they not, and they are legit. Besides Madame Chance do not have any Netent games at all. :-)

    Hope that clarify the situation.

I am also trying to get Henx help in this matter to find out the real story behind what really happen. As you know story has both sides. Ill see if I can get the necessary feedback from the casino regarding this issue.

I think it's probably best to not overthink it - spunk 100 quid in and hope you're the one who has the 1000% RTP over a few hundred spins; should you have a cash back offer then hey, you get another shot.

Slots have changed over the last few years - they're more akin to lottery tickets now. I don't enjoy them as much as i used to.

Tinfoil hat at the ready but i don't think for one minute the newer slots are programmed in the same way as the old ones  -NetBent being the prime example.

Any casino that caps the winnings should, IMHO, be never recommended. You as the player still bear all the risk, whilst they limit theirs - no chance.

Same for those who have 48hr pending periods with no option to manually flush/lock.

Hence why my 15 casinos is now down to 5
