  1. Boris has been known to bring on bouts of nausea.
  2. Fair Point - I'd have thought that the ADR would have been the last port of call but, yeah, suppose all they need to do is 'offer' the ADR
  3. The small claims court isn't really an alternative to any complaints service though? Before you even go small claims you have to show that you've 'exhausted' the other avenues and that means things on offer such as ADR'S/Complaints etc. Anyone doing it - kudos, but remember to get the pre-action protocols all in order as it'll be struck away before it's even considered.
  4. Back on track from derail - Number 1. With a cap - but not a nefarious casino cap: an 'even playing field' one. Oh - and UK - cos we have Boris in charge now and need to take control back ?
  5. They've seemingly got a new payment provider and all is well in the world.... All they need now is a half decent (or just A) loyalty system, a re-introduction of some of their previous offerings and to train their CS team to answer straightforward questions. Woohoo.
  6. BTW - i won't go into the ins and outs re Gamstop in Public (for obvs reasons) but the OP's probably not going to like the answer. And yeah Valdes, those 'bonus' terms are truly awful. Why would a casino even have them - seriously, do people read them and go 'Oh, my - this looks like the place for me' - they'd be better off just being decent at what they do.
  7. Until I’m convinced that it’s better for me than Trustly, I have absolutely no intention of playing in one.
  8. If they give you Cashback... you also must deposit 50% of the value and wager. Absolute guff.
  9. If it runs to 2100 the Maldives will be cheap anyhow; all you’ll need is a snorkle. FWIW any Slotsmillion pending withdrawals will also be paid by then as well. Just.
  10. To be fair to the shilly poster, with a financial interest in anything you can stick the word bitcoin in front of, they do have a valid point re the data security (or moreover, blockchain) But a poorly run and unethical Bitcoin casino is every bit as poor as a dodgy Visa Debit one. I don’t play at BC casinos and maybe someone who does will be able to answer; given the lower running costs associated with them, do you see more perks than the other non BC?
  11. Key question is when was this? Date? They're a shocking site by the way: when you withdraw they leave the money in your account until they process the withdrawal - certainly a new one on me.
  12. Ah look...the links. As expected. Took a few days longer to post than I thought but kudos: you got there in the end.
  13. Aye sorry, force of habit - couldn't be bothered typing BWIN/Sportingbet etc ? Any luck they'll see sense by time it's out across all places and stick it to 20c
  14. Only GVC sites at the moment. Better news - the minimum quid bet being stupid has been fed back and it’s now 50p. Still a tad on the high side but worth a punt. Kept my balance stable for ages and possibility for a decent hit (try again tonight)
  15. Bear in mind it’s a very diplomatic statement - it should read, like Monty Python: He’s not the Messiah, he’s a very Naughty Boy
  16. Some of them can be good for a top up to your bankroll; up until last month i was getting 4x£50 by guessing the slot once a week=£200, then there was the 250 quid cash matches, which if you played your initial depo through once and had an average RTP of say 90%, was £900 quid profit; on average i say i was getting 1200 plus a month in free cash to play with (coupled with the extra spins but that came with wagering so won't include). Not many decent programmes out there at the moment, must admit I've been spending more at the UK Bookmaker site these days as they run daily promo's; be it slots or risk free sporting bets. Not a lot coming from the other sites. May as well grease the wheels before it stops completely.
  17. Change of ownership led to questions being asked over the new ownership and the source of funds to acquire the company. *unconfirmed* rumours linking the new ownership with previous operations who hosted fake games etc, have been rife for a while now - no wonder they were so secretive as probably knew most seasoned players wouldn't play at such a place, regardless if they paid you in nano-seconds.
  18. Rizk, Casumo, slotsmillion and many others lock. Novibet and willy hill you can disable the reversal completely.
  19. Word of warning - min bet is a quid is the GVC brand. Presumably that's been set by them and not the SW provider? Silly thing to do - whilst we all may like quids or above, that's going to put a lot of people off giving it a go.
  20. Most folk don't want to give Netent a tenner, never mind the cost of a laptop. Could be worse - if in Sweden there needs to be a min of 3 secs between spins. That's Pragmatics turbo spins screwed.
  21. I was more waiting on the affiliate link
  22. Worth a look - Probability Jones' Red Hot Win Spin: RTP of 97 odd %. Decent take on the 243 ways with 3 features and looks like it's not too harsh on the balance. Only available on GVC casinos at the moment; next month will be casino wide. Certainly a welcome change from 10000000 Megaways.
  23. I thought they would have given it all back - normally their first position is to chance their arm and say no/not mention , second time they're more amenable.
  24. For own curiosity, why’s that?
  25. No harm in doing the final one to them, copy in and add a few bits of the code; For example, ‘as you know, under section 116 of the Act your licence may be reviewed’ etc ‘I will be asking the UKGC to take into account all the information supplied to them in determining the use of s116’ etc etc Amazing what casinos do when they think you know what you’re talking about. Apart from that, you’ve pretty much done all you can.
