I never ever had 5 scatters since I play. And I play since a long time ago.... (over 4 years).

I have seen and read conversations between customers and live chat help, I must say that some of them (customers) are rude, impatient and sometimes aggressive but the live chat remained calm and friendly. Live chat support teams are human too you know, they have feelings. I won't be shocked if some customers got bad service but then again that's not the way running a company. It's okay to be mad but live chat is not the one to blame, they are there for you to help and not to take your anger.

It's a recommendation to check the casino first before you decide to become a member. This way you prevent bad things. For once I avoid all RTG casinos, Topgame casinos etc. because of their bad reps. I read also Rival casinos are becoming bad nowadays. I could live with the rare features, however what bothers me most about this game is that I never saw a screenshot for some big win at EggOMatic so far!
Not only in our forum, but anywhere across the internet.. And that's quite a bad sign for its payout potential, isn't it? Actually a couple of months ago I won about 40 euro (over 50 free spins) with only 20 cent per bet. Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot of it.
