Mate, I believe an explanation of the glitch has already been provided above, but obviously I have to do that one more time...

So, due to the huge spam flood we are experiencing recently, a new setting has been implemented to the forum and namely, manual approval for any first time post by a newly registered forum member. Our notification system however detects, reports and visualize the one who actually approved the post rather the poster himself. A glitch which has already been reported to the devs team.

Hope it's all crystal clear now, but in case you need further details feel free to ask.

Sorry I'm late reading and replying to you Afi. And even though you have given a thorough explanation as always I am none the wiser of what spliting means, I think the bitcoin subject is just something I need to stay away from

    What does that 'splitting' means?

    Let's put it in a simple-to-understand way...

First of all, there's a casino...this is the Bitcoin software.
In the beginning, everybody was gambling and playing in the same casino hall...that's how Bitcoin was operating.

Then the 'big fishes' say..."what the argh, we don't want to play with the small fishes around...we want to play exclusively amongst ourselves...that's what is happening to Bitcoin software now.

So finally, the casino created a very special VIP room where inlt these 'big fishes' can play...and that's what  is going to happen to Bitcoin software soon.

The 'splitting' simply refers to the one original software being separated into 2 operating softwares, which would require some time to be fully completed.

Now who says nobody owns Bitcoin?

Where does these so-called 'Managers' come from? Who appointed and approved their appointment?

From my understanding...these 'managers' and those 'big fishes' are 'working' under or with the same people who created Bitcoin!

If they can split the software...can they not manipulate it in other ways too???

They say the software cannot be fraudulently manipulated...it operates like the online banking system...
yet there have been many mistakes and errors in that blardy online banking system!!!

Yes, they say that the Bitcoin software is just like the internet...nobody owns it...yet it took many parties from different parts of the world to make it work in the very beginning. And the same goes with this Bitcoin cryptocurrency too. Couldn't they be the same 'parties' all over again?

Despite what everything is being said and appraised of Bitcoin...it is and shall always be shrouded in 'secrecy'!

Luckily I sold about 3 bitcoins this morning after being pending on the market for almost 24 hours and I must admit in fact that confirmations takes forever these days.

I traded on Luno ( Which is local for South Africans) but made purchases using Neteller from Paxful and Localbitcoin.

Whenever i transferred from international to my local Luno, it used to take 2 minutes, Now it takes between 30 minutes to an hour for 1 bitcoin transaction and needs 3 - 6 confirmations at times to release the money in my Luno account.

I sold 3 bitcoin at almost $2600 and only saw the news of the split this morning, But the reason for the selling was because of my incident a few weeks ago.

HI, GUYS! It's been weeks since you saw me here, and the reason for my temporary disappearance was because of my trading of Bitcoin I already selling it and it was smoothly done before the hard fork (splitting of Bitcoin community).

Now, after of that long road of pleasing my peers about selling off our Bitcoin I freely enjoy playing again online casinos and the ones that accept BTC as their currency (soon uploading my best btc casino withdrawal ). Just asking if everybody are aware or notified to their Bitcoin casinos about the Bitcoin split like Casino Extreme did (picture below)?

Comment your experience here and your previous experience from Hard fork splitting of Bitcoin community that done smoothly!

When Bitcoins take over the world's currencies, it'll be the end of this world and a real beginning for the New World Order...
yet most people don't even bother about all this...and what Bitcoins actually stands for!

All they can see is the profits that they can make...which is exactly what the 'owners' of this cryptocurrency wants...
one of their ways to monopolise and to rule this world...

Who are the 'owners' of Bitcoins? Nobody...that's what they say!
Who controls this cryptocurrency? Nobody...that's what they say!
Who keeps records, manages and even manipulates this cryptocurrency? Nobody...that's what they say!
What does Bitcoins represents in real value? NOTHING!!! It has nothing tangible of any value at all!

Yet millions of people believe in this thing that nobody owns, nobody controls, nobody regulates, and has nothing in real value???!!!

Oh geeees...just shows how 'smart people' with 'smart words' can fool everyone...
with just one simple 'flick' of the 'power switch' and all of Bitcoins and BlockChain goes off the air...
and where does that put all Bitcoin investments??? Gone in a blink of an eye!!!

Know that someone is in control of this 'power switch'...nothing exists for nothing!!!

Many centuries ago...people were using coins for currency...the only way they know how back then...
then China introduced the world's first paper money and then every country followed suit...
now we have both coins and paper money to use.

Some years ago...a 'society' introduced cryptocurrency to replace all these coins and paper money...
the only way for 'them' to monopolise the world's economy and put an end to the current currencies...
with the 'powers' and 'influences' that they have, achieving this target over time now looks possible enough.

    Nope...I'll never support that!

As much as I like your inspiring and informative posts and agree with these most of the time, cannot help but saying how much I disagree with you this time!

Maybe you should do some read about crypto - currencies and the way these are operating, Bitcoin and Etherium mostly, and then we could talk again about it right.

Oh, so you knew the feeling of being anxious everyday? Lately, that was the worst feeling I felt while I invested from BTC the price got lower by almost $200 and I said "O well, f*ck" but now the BTC was alive like never before!

I believe that there's  a peace of mind for not investing in market good choice mate!

If you do suggest it make sure you're clear it's name tagging and not the tagging we already have.

Not sure how much work this would involve for our devs but it would be great I do agree.

Yes, I agree but not everything is meant to stay forever and that's the heartbreaking part of being human.

Just don't be sad Afi mate, there's a lot opportunity out there. I, also like the writing contest of Askgamblers but maybe I can focus on other threads of writing and also learning more from the other threads for the things that I don't know.

My point of view for what I observed about the games review writing contest is the low number of participants and this is because of eligibility and the quality, the way the user writes. Just remember this mate, for my entire career of playing, researching and blogging I never saw this kind of writing contest for the other site. Yes, they have like writing contest but it's like points and you don't really enjoy what you're doing.

Focus more on the brighter side mate.

Yes, that's what I want to say. Thanks, Afi mate! Anyway, Valdes was still right because it was a literal tagging but not like what I meant of Facebook user tagging.

Maybe this will be useful because some of other members didn't respond and notified from the thread that they're commenting because they're not aware of noticing it.

Gave up completely on Quickspin long time ago... As an avid fan of mid to high variance slot games, I find the winning potential for most of their slots as simply ridiculous and definitely not worth playing unless there's a huge bonus wagering involved.

    Thanks for sharing though!
