      Here is how a player like me(donk) uses a minimum cash out. I play on three casinos. Let's say I put 250-250-250 I lose I lose I get balance to 2400......... Usually what I do, now more than ever...... If I drop to 1500- cash out If I reach 3500...... I raise the minimum cash out to 2500 or 2800. I will keep playing until I reach the minimum cash out. Even if balance is 88000. When it goes to 87000, I will cash. That's an example. It works!

My answer to this is very simple..... PROVEN SYSTEM is not about winning or losing. It's about controlling a flame inside that has been haunting me for decades.       100%. 24 days and I have done everything PROVEN SYSTEM modules demand. Everything. From the first day avoiding all gaming until exclusions end to not reversing. Followed to the tee. Very happy and guess what.... It's becoming a habit to respect the modules. I knew this would happen. Eventually, it will get easier and easier as the brain gets accustomed to this new "life style". Screen shots of some nice wins are the bonus for be respecful to ones self. I assume u r some sort of person who deals with people who can not control their gaming and have reached the end? Maybe a good idea is to create a unique PROVEN SYSTEM for each person that you see. Try to make them start off by controlling their illness. I believe that's much better than medication.       Hello again everyone.... For those who have emailed me or PM me here.... Please don't be afraid to tell people your story. Before I was able to start making myself better, I basically humiliated myself on forums everywhere. Humility makes you stronger. Trust me. This forum is here to share and learn. No one will judge you. It's not like the others. Be real. It took a while for me to be "tolerated" by the mods. Maybe because I am a little overboard. For those who want to do their own PROVEN SYSTEM or those who have started and I can confirm it's going well for a few so far, please post here. It's better than PM. Maybe someone else can offer some better insight than me. My PROVEN SYSTEM is only catered to me. I did that after reading thousands of lines of thread on forums. I have learned so much. In may.... I was depositng 1000 at a time on 32 red and spinning BDBA at full or batman or whatever no control. I learned not to do this. How didn't learn. By listening. I used to think all MG/NT games were rigged! Inused to think that if I look at the payouts they would think I was a newbie and pay me. I couldn't care less about what people think of me. Not good to play DOA or TS II when starting out. Next casino got the withdrawal request yesterday for 2500. Yes I reached 3600+ but who cares.
