It seems that it was not possible to open the game from another device, and thus the only solution to restore the game to its previous conditions was to reverse the bet. Our colleague did explain in the chat, that in the circumstances a bet is reversed any potential winnings from it are voided due to the fact that the initial amount is refunded back into your account. We can put ourselves in your shoes and imagine why this may be frustrating, but such problems occur very rarely, and due to connection issues. Also the voided possible winnings would be available to claim if the game was resolved through another device - a PC or a laptop. Once again, we are sorry for any inconveniences this might have caused you.
