At the Same time casino gives me 50 free spins that must be played first. All winning from free spins have 60x requirement with 100 max win and max bet of 5 or 10% of bonus amount. Lower amount applies. So.... I deposited 100 and got 50 free spins and 100 bonus all at once. Casino states play free spins first so I do. I win 10 I finished free spins. No my 100% match bonus is active and the 10 I won is pending. I play and play and one more spin at 2 will complete the 100% match bonus. Once that is completed, the free spin bonus winnings bonus becomes active I accidentally bet 2 not knowing I completed requirement for the 100%. I make three bets of 2 thus violating the max 10% of the free spin max bet which was 1 allowed which is 10% of the 10 bonus that got activated after completion of the 100% match bonus. If my balance was 1000 after completion of the first bonus, it's mine. They can't touch it. But here is where I think something is fishy...... Apparently I violated bonus 2 terms.... Ok... I need help to understand about my winnings here.....I forgave their sister vasino for the past but now I am lost and dunno what will happen! I deposited 96 dollars here and got 48 bonus and 50 free spins I completed requirement and have 1741 balance Free spins bonus kicked in after completion of deposit bonus. Free spin bonus is $6.45 X 60 I emailed them 5 hours ago telling them to take it off. I called them and he said no problem it will be sent to management and be done soon. Terms are devistating here.
