In a winning Free Games spin, Wild multipliers are added up and not multiplied by each other (e.g. 2+3= 5 and not 2*3=6).” The game rules state that the multiplier from the wild symbol is only used when the wild substitutes a symbol, and if there are multiple wilds, the multipliers are added up, not multiplied with each other. In this particular round, there are wild symbols on reels 2 and 3. On the third reel, only the wild symbol is part of the winning lines, which means all 32 ways are being multiplied by at least 5. On the second reel, there is a wild and also a buffalo symbol. As half of the number of ways are consisted of the regular buffalo symbol, the second 5x multiplier only applies to 16 number of ways. This means that the calculations are as follows for the buffalo symbols: 16 (number of ways, consisting of 2 Wilds) x $0.05 (coin size ; total bet / 40) x 300 (payout for 6 buffalos) x 10 (multiplier from wilds on reels 2 and 3, 5 + 5)= $2400.00 16 (number of ways, consisting of 1 wild) x $0.05 (coin size ; total bet / 40) x 300 (payout for 6 buffalos) x 5 (multiplier from wild on reel 3) = $1200.00 This means that the total payout for 32 ways from this round is 2400 + 1200 = $3600.00 The payout is correct and in accordance with game rules, no issues were found with the payout from this round.       Let us pretend, that you're Theory is true and playtech would actually come in and make me start losing. Any sane person, who is actually winning overall and understands how to gamble responsibly and is successful understands that this is not possible. Besides being unethical and a big risk to any provider, it is literally impossible for them to single out a specific player to lose. You yourself said that that game has not been kind to you, it has been kind to me. So the fact that it has been super kind to means it had to take it from someone else for this particular game. Any respected provider, who would ever manipulate a payout for a specific game would basically be signing its own death certificate. Micro gaming lost many players because people, including myself were convinced games paid better when bonus was attached. They made their own destiny and are now sitting at the bottom.
