Working in the gaming industry, it's really not uncommon to not show the URL and as Johnny says "mask it". Dozens of casinos do it, if there's no redirection needed and the game launches directly, having the game name in the URL is good for SEO, that's all. I have played at casinos that show URL, doesn't show URL, a bad run is a bad run and I've had good and bad runs on both of those URL options, to be fair I don't ever pay attention to it, as I don't play at shady casinos. To top it all off, I have to admit, the casino rep came in and very patiently explained everything, they don't have to explain which game aggregator they use, as far as they are licensed and allowed to offer services- there's no proof you could provide that would make me think differently. 
P.S. Just an advice- no matter what your experience at a casino is, please think twice before posting. You have a tendency to be arrogant and slanderous against good casinos for reasons that sometimes seem made up. I don't think you blackmailed them, but knowing the way you write, I wouldn't be surprised if it came across that way. Also regarding a reimbursement- I personally don't think you deserve one, as you simply lost. And although you say that you wouldn't beg for a few hundreds of dollars, in another thread you explain how you always write to casinos to ask for freebies, so I'm confused?  If I was an operator, I probably wouldn't want to have a player like you- when you win, you hype a casino up instantly, but when something doesn't go as smooth as you'd expect, you jump the gun and say they're scam, fraud etc. You can always share your experience, but there's a respectful way to do it, and the way you're doing it now badly reflects on you, not the casino.

In the name of all fairness, I was probably the only forum admin worldwide who was tolerant for all these years with your endless 'proven system theories', 'I'm done with gambling, it's all rigged', your crusades against so many operators including but not limited to Video Slots, etc etc... Yeah guys to be honest I feel like it's all a nightmare and I'm going to wake up soon. It doesn't seem real yet. And the UK are only at the start of this, we are about to get hit hard and I'm not going to lie I'm scared!
Today all shcools in the UK closed and we may be closed for 6 months! We are no where near the scale of Italy or China yet but they've warned us  that it is coming.

Who are we?

We’re a Curacao casino that is trying to do things right (...gasp!). We try to KYC and approve withdrawal requests of players within hours. Only a few days ago, for example, we processed a payout of 150.000 NOK (14.500 EUR) in under 24 hours. The player was kind enough to testify to that on our review page. It’s not big enough a sample to prove to anyone that we are fast, but it does show where our priorities lie and how we try to approach things.

We also try to engage with the community in an open and transparent way. We know Curacao has a bad reputation (and we are in the process of obtaining an MGA license for that reason alone), but by doing things properly, we are showing players every day that at least there are some exceptions out there.

It’s been an uphill battle but slowly and surely we are gaining traction as a reputable casino. Our vision and player-centred approach has led to a great TrustPilot review page and – despite only having been listed very recently here – positive reviews on Askgamblers.

What happened?

A player (Johnnygotthebone on this forum) wrote us claiming that our NetEnt games are fake and demanded his money back. He then claimed we were a casino of EveryMatrix and asked his money back for those reasons.

Is it true?

No… Our NetEnt games are not fake. As we told Johnny:

Then the player claimed we should have not accepted him as a player, because he’s banned / self-excluded on EveryMatrix casino’s.

Are we an EveryMatrix casino?

No. We use CasinoEngine from EveryMatrix as a slot aggregator (a single point of integration allowing us access to multiple gaming providers), but we have absolutely no operational link to EveryMatrix. We have our own license and are our own company. As we told Johnny:

We understand that players have concerns, many Curacao casino’s have proven them right in the past and we regret the bad name the industry has gotten due to that. We are trying to change that, by communicating openly and providing proof when such worries are addressed.

However, in this particular case, it seems that the player was not looking for a real reply, he just wanted the money back, no matter what we said or what proof was provided. He then posted the review on askgamblers, another one on our trustpilot posing as someone else and threatened to do the same on casinomeister and many more to come.

Final note

It makes us really sad internally that we have to see such bad reviews popping-up by this one individual that really harm our reputation (proof above, the player “copyyy” immediately not wanting to play anymore with us).

The funny thing is, that if Johnny had reached out to us saying “Damn, I lost my money and had such bad luck”, we would have very likely given him a cashback, because he did indeed lose his money very fast. It makes for a bad experience, we understand that, but there is nothing we can do about that, just because our games are legitimate, and we cannot manipulate the results.

Some casino-games are very volatile, you can win big and go on a spree, but the downside of experiencing such rush, is that you can also lose your money very quickly. All we can do as a casino, is to be on the player side, by being understanding and where possible give a little bit back. And, when that big hit comes, to process the withdrawal fast and without hassle.

However, Johnny took a completely different approach and simply tried to blackmail us “give me money or I write bad reviews” and this we cannot accept. We try to be on the player side, but it has to stay reasonable and when proof is provided that suspicions or claims are false, we also expect for people to believe what is in front of their eyes.

I hope that at least the people that want to objectively judge us can accept the proof and see that the claims are false.

We have also sent proof to AskGamblers of the following:
NetEnt themselves confirming (on paper) that the games on arcanebet.com are legitimate, original and not in any way manipulated.
A notarized copy of our license, showing we are our own company and not linked in any way to the white label company EveryMatrix has.

An experienced player like you is supposed to know that NetEnt (as well as any other big gaming provider) is often  selling to end-user customers (casino operators) indirectly.  Which means there is a middle company/platform (such as TAIN, EveryMatrix, Direx, etc etc) who are buying from NetEnt directly and then selling to their partner casinos. Of course, by 'selling' I mean providing paid access to legitimate software pool of the relevant gaming vendor. 
If you intend to commit your time in exposing supposedly counter-fate usage of NetEnt games, then make sure to contact both the operator and the vendor itself first and clarify whether the method of offering NetEnt product/s is featuring am intermediary company or not.   

I wouldn't worry about that, I've seen many casinos that show URL as the game name not casinomodule and there's no reason to think that the games are "fake" . It feels like a big conspiracy theory, Johnny. I also played at Arcanebet, the games played exactly the same like at other Netent casinos.

To be honest, it feels really bad to see anything balotelli is posting here, especially after reading the long thread about the gambling issues. These bets are insane and I personally don't feel good seeing your bet amounts after reading about your case as well as saying that gambling ruined your life- feels really wrong.
