Yeah wasn't looking to cash out using paysafecard was proving a transaction came from paysafecard not skrill its a company that contains two business entities under the umbrella paysafe group and its not skrill its paysafecard unless it comes from a skrill account but somehow the paysafecard transaction is regarded as a skrill transaction they should think about making everything the same instead of confusing people and if that's a NORMAL thing lol lots of luck .

  5. it's nuts I've never used a Skrill Account ......cuzz its a voucher a PAYSAFEVOUCHER its nothing to do with SKRILL HELLO ? Skrill / Paysafecard are under the same legal umbrella called the Paysafe group but each is a seperate legal entity . As to why people think their the same is beyond me its a company of stuff ups something from a comedy show .

They need to get their act together today I was subject to another nonsensical request for a paysafe voucher transaction which has already has the verification done all my kyc is verified and now after 1 withdrawal their asking for my skrill account over a PAYSAFEVOUCHER Its been provided along with the payment voucher This is fng overkill bro and they know it .

It goes beyond just those things less hassle with verification documents and forced pending times are a hassle to navigate at most times its just done to delay a payment process and what gets me is we are allowing places with large pending times to be high rated without naming names AG I had a run in with one recently and I'm not happy about having to verify twice over a simple payment voucher and its in our top 5 . Krikey a 48 hour pending time are we seriously review our casino's these days .

  9. After a long think and conversations with 2 free thinking AI and 3 engineers I'm prepared to accept that the RNG is running fair and square and not because i've been suddenly paid off or mafia guys ran into me I'm convinced about the logic so I'll back off on this AI thing .

The thing is the normal AI will only tell you so much ones without restraints such as DARK GPT will tell you more like the AI Driven "defenses" that activate to alter the program in real time : as I see it any attempt to mess with the RNG in any form is a breach of the law as true fairness is a thing of the past all this pattern recognition and sudden errors mid win streak is absolute nonsense is profit shaping by AI .

I'm sorry , But I'm going to start talking about this after playing tennis for over 5 days over documents and making a simple bank withdrawal they keep reversing my withdrawal due to "details being incorrect" I've told them over and over the correct details and I keep getting the same response I dunno am I seeing things here are we calling this place number 2 without a rep never been through such garbage honestly . Can't card withdrawal , went through a ridiculous verification process that dragged on for ages costing me money to get the right documents from the bank , and keep rejecting the payment method due to bad details its shocking bro trust me I don't start talking about these things unless I've gone through the process and this is far enough . All I know is the top 2 casino's that were voted in are causing me grief and there's no rep Impressario can't even figure out a withdrawal to a bank account wtf dude . So the complaint on winz.io got rejected because of the "investigation" guys that's an excuse that people use to delay things if we are tolerating that then there's no point to doing complaints they will just run rings around us and that number 2 casino is having trouble figuring out a simple sort code and swift code . They weren't specific just said they were waiting for a "final" response from the payment system I've been through this before with a previous rep they need better communication synergy with their payment provider obviously someones made a stuff up who knows AG has my complaint and the details about the thing . I'm assuming their checking the reason why a visa payment was made and then was reversed they've actually received the money back after making me jump through hoops over the matter.
