  1. Chapter is now closed. I have requested for a permanent closure of my account at GTC. Being very unresponsive as the casino support team has been so far (no replies at all), I don't expect any reply from them soon, but if I later find out that my account is still active, they will get a very nasty email and online message from me!

  3. From what I've heard, our Valdes doesn't get much free time outside his working hours. His free time are now more for his family. He hasn't played much of slots, not as years before, and he doesn't have much time to do replies in the forum as well.
  4. @Kei251 Once again, thanks for trying to help me out, but I'm a veteran gambler...have seen and been through all those things that could go wrong or go against me. I know what to expect, so I don't take any unnecessary risks, like making a deposit just to see if Skrill would then be available for withdrawal. I know for sure it won't be! If it doesn't show as available, it is therefore not available at all, period.
  5. Unfortunately, that couldn't happen bro. My second play session was even worse than when I was doing the wagering...again showing to me that playing with bonus money is always looser than when playing with real money. Anyway, I'd be closing this chapter for good tomorrow.
  6. None of the Live Chat host could confirm that. All they could say was from what they could see...that Skrill is available for deposits AND withdrawals, but this is obviously not true for me. I showed them a screenshot of what withdrawal methods are available and Skrill is not there. Skrill is not restricted in my country, but the payment system that GTC is using doesn't allow for Skrill withdrawals...exactly the same as at Mirax Casino (Hollycorn). This is not the standard payment system used by other DAMA casinos, so I cannot understand why GTC chose to use it instead. Anyhow, my balance is now down to just 11 EUR. Every game that I had played didn't play well at all. I'll be zeroing off my balance tomorrow, then I'll be requesting a permanent closure of my account. This is one DAMA casino not worth for me to play at, ever! No Skrill withdrawal, no play from me, simple as that. Grand Theft Casino is stealing my free 100 EUR Bonus money from right under my nose, but it is not ever going to steal my own real money! Tomorrow, GTC goes into my rubbish bin for good!

What every player doesn't know or realise is that they become unknowing accomplices to Pragmatic Play in reducing the company taxes. 2.4 million Euros in prizes paid out so far, as indicated at ST website, but actual money paid out to real winners is only a small fraction of that amount. A lot of company tax can be saved this way! But of course, I can only postulate, cos I cannot prove it.
  8. I've told that in this forum many times before, but I guess many still don't believe me. So, would showing proof make others stop playing at ST? No, I don't think so. The lure for FREE MONEY, even if it's only 10 - 25 EUR at a time, is much too great for greedy players!
  9. For everyone's info, I have played my AG Coin and have 44 EUR in my balance for withdrawal. But what withdrawal? No option is available for me! If I do make a deposit using Skrill, just to be eligible to make a withdrawal, but Skrill still does not show up as a withdrawal option, then I would lose my 20 EUR deposit for nothing! Thinking now of playing my balance to zero, then closing my account...or not.

  11. YES! The AG Coin is now in my account! I must thank Violetta for speeding things up for me. As you know, the Casino Manager is on holidays, so it wasn't the Manager who sorted this matter out! Nonetheless, I still need confirmation from the casino about making a withdrawal when no available option is there for me!

  13. I think this is a common happening at every casino, globally! My best Asian Casino, for example, still shows the same old original RTPs for all the Playtech games, but I know for 100% sure that such casinos are using some other alternative methods of controlling and regulating the games. A.I is one good example. Not detectable, not stated or shown anywhere on the casino's website, but playing the games would show a great difference from how it was before. Playtech did one more update last month (November), at many, if not all, of Asian casinos, and all my fav games have been playing like pure rubbish now! RTPs are still the same, but the games are not. My point is, don't bother checking what RTPs the casinos are using! Just know for sure that no game is now playing, or paying, as before. PERIOD!
  14. GTC is using the same lousy payment system as at Mirax Casino, where I could deposit via Skrill but cannot withdraw with it. Skrill option did not appear at all in the withdrawal section. Exactly the same thing now as at GTC...Skrill can deposit, no Skrill for withdrawal. If I follow your suggestion of making a deposit via Skrill now, and then expect to see Skrill in the withdrawal section...no thank you! Most probably that won't happen. Unless it is confirmed by the casino manager himself, I will not trust their lousy payment system, not even one tiny bit! But thanks for your suggestion anyway Kei251.
  15. The number of times that I had chatted with their various chat hosts, none mentioned that the casino manager was not around, or was on his xmas holidays! I'm wondering now if he had decided to go on holidays today itself! I will wait of course...there's nothing more I can do...but in my book, Grand Theft Casino has joined Mirax Casino as being unreliable and unfit for me to play at! One more bad experience that I will get rid off in due time.

  18. Even after getting that AG Coin, there is still no way I can make a withdrawal! Skrill is not available for withdrawal in any currency for me! Bank Transfer is prohibited. Mifinity and Ecopayz closed my newly opened accounts because of gambling restriction terms. Crypto wallets are also out of the question.
  19. @cocopop3011 I have just checked again with GTC Live Chat and guess what? They do not have any emails or online messages from me, meaning, they did not receive them. Maybe the Casino Manager did not receive any email from Askgamblers as well, hence still no AG Coin in my account! Now I have to write a new long email to them, explaining everything from the beginning. What a blardy waste of my time!!!
  20. And do you know why I use Skrill and Skrill only? Because each and every Bank Transfer withdrawals that I make at Skrill gets paid into my overseas bank account in mere seconds! Yes, mere seconds, like in less than 5 seconds at times! No online casino has ever given me that kind of lightning withdrawal speed, so Skrill is way way up above all casinos in terms of payment speed! The best withdrawal speed I am getting nowadays, from any online casino, is my regular Asian casino...always less than 10 minutes to get my money into my bank account. All other European casinos can rot and decay as far as I am concerned, cos they don't blardy care about customers satisfaction...only theirs!

Some casinos are quite honest in their statements on how they operate their casinos, but most others would use exagerations to make it seem that they are amongst the best casinos for players to play at! They use phrases and statements like: 'we are the the world's best casino' (yeah, right, they are not!), 'we have the fastest payment system in the whole world' (my foot they have!), 'we care for all our customers and provide them with everything they need' (so where's my SKRILL withdrawal option?)
