They might be doing a scrutiny of your account and/or game play, which may take several days, and accounts are usually blocked during this period, until an approval has been given.

@cocopop3011 I think lets leave Pragmatic games for Pragmatic contest, or else we may get a repeat of the games. I would prefer this AG contest to be on any Halloween themed game by any provider and at any casino too, as per the usual AG contest rules.
