You know what? When we players get an issue at any casino, the live chat host would always say "try clearing all your caches, try another browser..." and whatnot. So I'm thinking, why not Askgamblers try clearing all its website caches, shut down for a few minutes, then start up again. It's a million to one chance of working, but who knows right? Hahaha.

Generally speaking, yes, I would agree that the customer support sucks...even their replies via email can take a few days. Only VIP members can enjoy their Live Chat services, if I'm not mistaken...I cannot be sure cos I'm not a VIP at Skrill.

I tried uploading my Dead Or Alive screenshot but it still wouldn't load up. I don't know what's the full name of that screenshot that you require but the file name shows Dead Or Alive 179x.jpeg, taken from my screenshots folder.

I'm now wondering just how many countries are restricted from using Skrill at casinos. It's either quite a lot of countries, or a lot of casinos are not in favour of having Skrill as a deposit and withdrawal option. Some years ago, Neteller was my top favourite e-wallet provider, but when Paysafe took it over, Neteller became more expensive to use! Skrill, on the other hand, was also taken over by Paysafe, but was managed in a slightly different way, by a different management team. So what's new, you may be asking? Bank wire transfers, as we all know it, would take a much longer time for the money transfer to be completed. Previously, taking 10 business days was the norm. Lately, I have problems with uploading screenshots to any game review. It shows 100% completed but the screenshot doesn't show up. This has happened at least once before, it got resolved, but has come back again now. I have some game reviews to write this month, but if the winning screenshot/s cannot be uploaded to the game review, then my reviews would not be eligible for payment. My suggestion is to allow such game reviews to be published and paid for, but the screenshots be posted in a special forum topic/thread instead, until the uploading problem gets resolved. This way, I can still write and post my game reviews without any hindrance.

Back in the year 2013, I was quite an active member at another forum site, a competitor to Askgamblers no doubt, but was, and is, nowhere near as good as Askgamblers. What irked me the most was the way the forum was being managed and run by the moderators. In certain cases and circumstances, I had noticed favouritism in play towards certain members, although racism was not apparent. It was for this very reason that I then decided the forum was not for me, so I started searching for alternative sites to try out. I soon signed up at another competitor's forum site, tried it out for some days, but soon realised that it too wasn't what I was looking for. Not my mug of coffee, as I would say. Then one day, on 14th December 2013, I finally signed up at Askgamblers, found it suitable and friendly, and I have never looked back since then. That's a long 8.5 years ago, so who knows for how much longer I would stay around here, hehehe.
