AG was doing great before the take over, so GiG shouldn't have much problems in keeping up with the previous set of AG standards! Nonetheless, enough complaints already from me. Just hope that GiG would butt up and perform better. Then I can start praising them for a nice change. (Pssssss...drop that 28 days rule please GiG! Nobody does thing that slowly! Hahaha)

Talk about a reasonable transition period, talk about trying to keep up with the standards of the old acquired company, talk about implementing new rules wherever required...any efficient take-over company would have things running smoothly in a matter of a few weeks at most. How long ago did GiG took over AG? Obviously, I'm expressing my great dissatisfaction at GiG now...until they can prove themselves worthy of praise and reliability!

Even well known and reputable European casinos cannot be fully relied upon nowadays, but I guess most players (especially in Europe) do not have any other choice but just have to accept them and play at them...enslaved for ever!

It's a new casino no doubt, so a lot of teething issues can be expected, and what you're going through right now may be one of them. They are also one of many casinos that may require you to submit Source of Wealth (SoW) / Source of Funds (SoF) when and if required. All in all, there's nothing good about the casino as far as I'm concerned! You also need to tell us first whether you played with Bonus money or not, and what kind of games you played (slots/table games/poker, etc). The size of your bets may also affect your issue here, cos if you're playing with big bets (eg over 10 EUR per spin), then the casino may scrutinise your account first, which may incur some extra waiting time on your side.

My 704,000 coins are actually worth NOTHING at all, and exchanging the coins for that chair would cost me a bundle of real cash that I don't even want to waste on a chair that I don't even want in the first place! Use all the coins to buy Wheels and Tickets to play in the various ST games? That would literally BORE ME TO DEATH slowly!!!

That's EXACTLY why I said I will like Pragmatic if they do more same cash contests such as this! I simply cannot win in their ST tourneys!

Nowadays, a lot of DAMA and other casinos are restricting my country, so no-deposit bonuses are now a thing of the past for me.
