  1. I was playing poker cash games last weekend for 24 hours straight. Lost about 10 coins flips in a row while in some occasions I was favorite 75/25.

And still ended up eventually with just 150 euros profit. After a few more bad beats left and right I decided to withdraw as a simply had enough of it. Slots are just more relaxing even if you end up losing lol

  2. Id say the percentages are quite low.. last decent money withdrawal I got via free spins was $1400.. the free spins came from a leaflet in the mail. I got 97c off the free spins then changed slots n won it. I actually got alot more but due to playthrough requirements I brought it down to the 1400 to withdraw. This was over 6 months ago and on microgaming slots.. I haven't had a decent win since. On these netent ones I can't seem to get anywhere. Most I got it up to the other day was about $27.. that was with the blood suckers 5 free spins.. but hey ya gotta b in it 2 win it

Well said! Has always been one of my favorite phrases @ gotta be in it to win it B)

Gotta keep trying I guess until it happens ;)

  3. Do you think that there would be a testing company or licensing authority in the world to put its signature under the test/license of a casino provider using such 'controlled' RTP and/or RNG? I don't think so...

Well, that depends on the depth of their testing process. There is no doubt in my mind that the RTP will pay the advertised percentage over the course of millions of spins. If that's the only factor they take into consideration, then the games will get a stamp of approval.

Most of us will never play that many spins on a particular slot to actually get to that number. However, what if there is some playground for a provider to create slots that still reach that RTP but hardly ever put you in the position of having a decent profit.

I know we're meant to lose and that most slots will show a regressive line if they're put in a graph. But most of the new school NetEnt slots seem to be the casino's dream in terms of low risk. Barely do I ever get to the point of having a big profit with these games. You just keep losing and winning a small bit back every time from the beginning of a session until your bankroll is dried up.

While games such as a DOA do have the ability to give you that monster hit to be way ahead and close a session with a huge profit. I think the majority of these new NetEnt games are very casino friendly and we as players, well, if we're only looking for some playtime, then we might as well just play for fun.

  4. Wow! Incredible run indeed, I always love reading about such wins starting from small deposits and eventually turning them to a fortune. Props to the high bets placed, as it takes a lot of courage and risk.

I'm sure you're aware of the dangers as it can vanish any bankroll quite fast during a bad spell. Great to see you were ahead of that and made the right decision by cashing out 4500 :D

    Congratulations!

  5. I don't think the RTP has been altered and that every type of game will pay as advertised after millions of spins. However, what I always wonder is what if there is such a thing as "controlled" RTP.

With that I mean that the slot in question keeps awarding smaller wins that never really enables the player to be at a point of having a profit while still meeting the RTP.  Let's face it we want to win after all, and most of us don't cash out when we're behind.

The result is that the player hardly ever cashes out and and basically sees his bankroll vanish slowly. This is the feeling I have with most NetEnt games these days. Unless you're betting huge, it's extremely difficult to get ahead in a session.

  6. I've never won anything. But I never enter such competitions because I personally think they're a waste of time! They're just not for me!

I did receive a Christmas advent calendar off Mr Green Casino one year though which was nice! Full of Lindt chocolate too which is expensive chocolate! And every day had free spins!

haha! I couldn't think of receiving anything until I read that. Those small chocolates were a pleasant surprise indeed, one of the best winter promotions the Christmas calendar of Mr Green was. I don't know if it was expensive, but they were delicious.

  7. I guess you're right @ Valdes. I wouldn't call it "begging" either, but I can't say that I feel comfortable asking for goodwill bonuses either.

Like Johnny noted I guess it's a "pride" thing, and the fear of getting disappointed even though technically you got nothing to lose by asking.

  8. Haha, spot one, mate! Indeed, NetEnt would be in a difficult position to promote big wins once and if Dead Or Alive and some of the old slot 'guns' get into retirement... :D

Glad to see you back in here again though.  :hi:

DOA into retirement will be the end of NetEnt lol

Yeah its great to have you back! We've missed you!

Thanks guys! Always feels like home here :D

  9. Agree, my own experience with such offers is almost the same as yours. With the only difference that I'm not even close to your insane high success ratio of 1%! :D

i agree with you Adebisi and ValDes... but there is still chance.. if you won good amount at free spins.. but i won only pennies, always :D

Don't get me wrong, you can win with such offers. I've turned such spins into more than 1K at times at casinos without max wins.

But it just seems that casinos keep making it more difficult with super high WR and max wins that it almost doesn't seem worth going after.

  10. Gonzo's Quest left me dry for over a year once lol before it paid 400x bet on a 8 euro wager. NetEnt slots can just be brutal and there simply is nothing you can do about it. Going through the same type of phase except with twinspin.

Call it luck or bad luck, all we can do is decide what we do with our money. There are other options than NetEnt, and other options than gambling in general.
