This is yet one more idential situation of free no-deposit bonus taken (there's been so many of these cases already reported here in this forum alone!), whereby the player does not know, or did not know, all the relevant terms and requirements of that free bonus first!
It is standard practice for all casinos to demand and require a cash deposit BEFORE any withdrawal claim can be processed!
With crypto casinos, it can even be much worse - the player would be required to make ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS after that first initial deposit just to get the account fully verified and ready for withdrawal processing!
In so many such cases, they were SCAM! So BEWARE!!!

I once got €300 from Cleopatra Casino and withdrew €4500. Otherwise I don't like bonuses, I usually lose all my money.

Unfortunately, my country is restricted, I cannot participate in these tournaments.

I've played the odd one onsite but often theres no turbo spins etc and I don't have the patience.

In a little over  two weeks we are going to see the champions league final between Psg and Arsenal. PSG has won the title just once which was last year and Arsenal has never won it in their entire history. It's going to be a fight between PSG's attack vs Arsenal's defense.
Punters are picking PSG as favourites seeing their current regional form but Arsenal are strong too.  Arsenal has won all of their 8 games in the current CL season meanwhile PSG has won 4, Lost and drawn 2 each. Arsenal are known to "bottle" in important games but seeing their current form they may be crowned Champions.
So who are you going to pick - PSG or Arsenal?

I must admit I've only played 3 of the slots nominated for 'Best New Slot', namely Gates SS, Beast Gains, and Mega Mystery Mine. The others I've barely heard of so I guess I'm missing out, sticking mostly to my few go-to providers. I definitely wouldn't vote for Gates. The Super Scatter concept doesn't intrigue me. Mega Mystery is pretty good and has a unique feel, so I'd might give it a vote. Beast Gains I've played a few times and this one I like a lot, even if I haven't seen anything of note happen. I will definitely play and explore it some more, though, unless it's one of those where it's all about the extra bet options - I can't stand this trend.

@marius1978 I also checked our complaints section but don’t see any activity from you there either which is the perfect place to engage. You should always message me if you have seen AI content so I can delete it. 

Come to think of it, I seem to recall I did not get some sort of confirmation upon reporting the member in question so perhaps this option may not have been functioning properly at the time, or I may haven't done it right.
Either way, below is the spam I intended to alert you of. Noone here wants this ***** in their inbox.
 

I too would second the motion that this individual Carbonmam has sent me spam as well. I don't know who's even real in this forum anymore! @cocopop3011 could be AI, @marius1978 looks like an ambitious bot too, @loceff13 seems like a big win bot and @Afi4wins though he maybe human he could also be a leaderboard bot. 

that's how we know @cocopop3011 hasn't been replaced with AI cause of the typos.

This isn’t true at all!! I haven’t had any report for this member? The best thing to do about this is to send me a message and I will deal with it. But there are lots of posts you can reply to on here, we have a lot of topics in the complaints section and I don’t see you replying to any to be honest?

That's why I suggested this rule. 
 I feel we members are not as active as AG/Gentoo expects us to be. They are investing €12000 per year from their pockets to grow this forum but it's limited to 7 -8 regular members. Also since the engagement rule was created there have been some incompetent behaviour from premium members too. Be MIA for 25 days, post screenshot, 5 random post and leave.
I maybe wrong but I feel Gentoo treats CM higher than us because members over there are more active than us. I was going through CM and saw they have contests similar to us but they are rewarded faster than us. In the past two months they hade 6 contests and 6 different invoices were sent and they were all paid(barring one) in under 10 business days(14 days).
We all have to buckle up and be more active. Posting topics is not enough, we need to create new topics too.

I’ve not had an update yet but hopefully they will be this week. 

This is a VERY good idea!! Okay let me re-look at our engagement rules tonight and I will definitely be changing this for the next contest if this is what people are doing. I think maybe I’ll introduce an active clause for AG contests where they have to be active for X amount of days prior to the contest too, but this will not apply to provider contests. 

I hope for future contests the rules regarding contribution change. People have found a loophole in the contribution rule and some members who are not active show up at forum for a single day and post screenshot and five comments and disappear for the rest of the month. The rule should stay at 5 posts but these posts should be made over 5 seperate days. 

Thanks for this feedback guys. We are currently working on improving this and we will be introducing a feature where you can search and select 'My Country' instead of worldwide. I will let you know when this is implemented.
 

@cocopop3011 I've just given it a try, found many casinos that have Skrill depositing method, but the selection is not country based - restricted casinos are still shown in the list - it would be greatly useful if the list is regionalised, saving time in checking out each and every listed casino.
Anyhow, it's still a useful update. 😉

but i agree with afi that "restriced casinos" should not be shown, guess that will be implementd soon
