Correct! As above. On my Credit Card any payments I make off my balance will show as a minus. So, for example if I made a £60 payment off my balance it would reflect as -£60 on my statement. If I had deposited at the casino using the CC and the same amount it would reflect on my statement as £60 (no plus or minus, just the amount). Also credits to the account are usually highlighted in green in my experience. I hope that helps.

Can you reveal which casino is? Also can you let us know which payment they are holding? Have you just made a deposit?
