  10. As I said - please make a new complaint and include your game logs and it will be accepted. I said in your other topic if this is a malfunction which I expect it to be then BitStarz should realise this and tell you. However, I see from Afi’s screenshot above that the answer has already been given. I would have expected BitStarz live chat to figure this out to prevent all this.

  13. @Waxman710 Please can you submit another complaint. Please include everything you included last time but also include your game logs to show too were playing in real mode also. I would like to think, if this is a game malfunction BitStarz will be able to provide proof - or at least an explanation as to why you were not paid the full amount.
