      Hello, welcome to the forum btw. I personally don't have any experience here sorry, but I hate your opinions about Star Games, I too have had problems there. Waste of time they are will do anything not to pay out. I would imagine a win of £20,000 (well done also) would usually take a bit longer than just a small win, so I wouldn't worry about that, its still early days for your withdrawal but I hope everything turns out for you.
