Seat, I believe you didn't get a reply actually, but NetEnt support team just gave you the run around. Which means that they don't give a **** about you as an individual customer of their product... Which means that they have just lost a huge part of the respect I had for this company. By the way, please, do not give up. Try to follow their advice and contact any casino you played recently and forward them this email and request their assistance. Then, if the casino refuse cooperation you could again forward it to the NetEnt team.... Let's make them move their lazy as***!

      I have some doubts they would agree to pay you using Neteller or any other e-wallet, but you could at least try and discuss this matter with the casino representatives. After all, what hajnrih said above is absolutely correct as all e-wallet transactions are almost instant unlike bank transfers and cheques where it could take weeks until the money arrived.
