Well, well, well, I'm TRUE-ly in LOVE today...must be my lucky day this Sunday. Just 3 days after getting that RM518.55 Megawin, TRUE LOVE rewards me with one more (as DJ Khaled memes..."and another one")...this time an even bigger win...5 scatters in the free spins...the 8th maximum win I've gotten so far!!! Yappa-yappa-doooo! :yahoo:

Too excited...forgot to take the final winning screenshot of over RM1350!

If I was a half-brain Playtech rep I'd offer you some PR position so far on at least 100 different occasions.  I mean, I doubt there are many other persons out there who've done more than you Afi-san about revealing and showing the real winning potential of some of the old-but-gold Playtech slots.

Kidding apart, truly happy for you mate. Was about time, wasn't it... :clapping:

industry news are probably more important due to the nature of it. The fast paced gambling industry changes every time and players need to be updated about those changes.

personally i would like to know the whole concept of picking casinos. the formula your website is using. The questionaire which is probably been given to the casino etc.  also, i would love to hear some insights by Guru! I heard some news about some changes that may take place in Curacao by Netherlands. also im still waiting for the N1 insight!

I'm flattered, won't lie, but no, thank you. 😜

Time to give the word to the ordinary gamblers, time for some real Vox Populi and not just affiliate owners/staff praising themselves.

...And we are already working on that, I can tell ya! SO, stay tuned, big surprise coming soon. :D

  3. Hey there @Haveaslap and welcome to AskGamblers Forum :)

I can see the Operator mentioned in your post is still under maintenance. So yeah, you should worry about it, simply because no Operator who's having some self-respect would allow their web to be offline for more than 12 hours ( unless you are called FB of course  ).

Sincerely hope they will resume operations very soon.

Are you sure this is by the casino themselves and not by an affiliate? If the casino does it themselves it should be just 1xbetcom but if you have those long strings  apart from domain name like '/btagbdghgdggx677u' or whatever after the '.com' part then its an affiliate. As per my knowledge of http protocol,

What makes you think there's even such thing as 'casino did sth on their own'.. Nah mate, it's all the Affiliate Program behind. :)

    Hi,

I recently became aware of UKGC's Fair and Transparent Terms and Practices document where they list what the licensees must comply with. Hereunder, it states the licensee cannot "confiscate all or part of the funds in a consumer’s Deposit Balance, or otherwise deduct any amount therefrom on the basis that the consumer has failed to comply with any identity and/or age verification requirements set by the operator (including, but not limited to, a request to provide specific documents or information)" where deposit balance means "The total funds in an account belonging to the player (other than the bonus balance/ restricted funds) and always includes (...) all winnings from wagers made with the deposit." And furthermore, the guide says "Players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time."

And yet, there's plenty of  complaints that reference requests that are not in line with this. Two examples below:
    https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/888-casino-withdrawal-delayed-since-1st-september-2021
    https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/slot-strike-casino-completely-ignore-my-emails-account-restricted-as-soon-as-i-withdrew

Am I wrong to think that these are breaches of the licence? Furthermore, does this just apply to ID/proof of address, or is SoF/SoW also not a legitimate reason to prevent a withdrawal if it could have been requested before?

Hey there @danbyr2 and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum :)

Well, I don't think there's another UKGC licensed big casino and/or group which could come even close to the huuuuge AGCCS history which 888 is currently holding with us.  888's AGCCS history here

... And, at the same time, check their sanctions records within the UKGC register here. Erm, surprised? :)

I still wonder what happened to @LeoDubbed?

Leo won the big prize a few years ago from a major forum contest (a latest model iPhone as far as I remember) and no sign from him ever since.... Really miss that fell thou, he was a super experienced player with lots and lots of playing years behind him but he never, ever, afforded to let his negative emotions and/or experience prevail over his warm, encouraging and friendly tone of voice... And for that, I'll always respect him!

Ooooooh....Icymod! I actually couldn't think who it was..I was thinking of @bigdk88but I knew you didn't mean him!

Ahh yes, Icymod,, well he pissed off Guru that's for sure 😂

Another great member from back in the day was @ManchesterUnited2020 - we may as well tag these older accounts in this topic, would be fantastic to get some of these members baclk. Will need to rack my brain for more...

Biggy as I call him is actually paying us some visits every now and then, mostly browsing the Mega Wins thread where his heart and soul always been. :)

@ManchesterUnited2020, oh man, yet another famous member of the 'We-Worship-Jelena -Club' back in the days.  I think he had some severe problem gambling issues and quit for good at one point.

Yeah, I do know that mate. If the forum members are silent, so will the forum be.

Anyway, since I won't be active that much at casinos, so it'll mostly be silence from me. Just hope the other members don't follow suit. 😜

No Way, Mate! That's out of question, and no, you are not allowed to be absent from here for let's say more than several hours, tops! :D

It was always my intention to sign up here this month and was just about to until I seen the bonus gets paid out in 10% increments. I mean I can't believe I wasn't expecting it considering my history with Video Slots. Am I the only person to find this annoying still?

I'll get a £2 on my deposit initially, completely pointless and I remember feeling the same about VS.

So for me, this casino is a no no for now. May try in the future with no bonus but looking for a better bonus right now, will go back to SlotsMllion and see what they have for me.

Yeah, was saying to Blackjax, it's not really a bonus: more a cashback option, like Trada used to do.

Trada, BetVictor, Paddy Power, even Ladbrokes and Gala used to have the so called 'bonus released in 10% increments' policy back in the days. Some of them still using it, so not that unheard or uncommon actually. Some players would even find it more fair in comparison with the classic bonus scheme, simply cause the money once released are all your to play and deal with without taking care for the bonus rules. 😛

  10. Hey there @StevoLFC and welcome to the AskGamblers Forum. :)

I'd rather avoid commenting your findings and suspicions in details, but rather remind you that the Playtech gambling software is actually duly tested, approved and licensed by the UKGC itself. All licensing info here - https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/business/detail/38516

Meaning, if you do believe something is not quite okay with their Roulette game/s, forwarding the matter to the UKGC directly is the best thing to do as they are the only authority out there who's actually capable to conduct an adequate investigation on the matter and come up with justified results and opinion.

Good luck and keep us posted.
