  1. My entry for the T-shirt design Competition, when ever that happens.
  2. Casinos don't do bug bounties. They don't need that service, because there are only two kinds of bug in the casino, the first kind of bug gives advantage to the player. The casinos test rigorously for this, they will make sure a game is bullet proof before releasing it to the players, and just in case, as a safety net, their TOS will also state that in the event of a bug arising all bets are null and void. ***** covered. The second kind of bug is the bug that gives advantage to the casino, well they are unconcerned with those, and to be honest they'd kindly ask that you not be pointing out those bugs. You are more likely to be banned from the site than to receive a bounty. So that is why casino's don't offer bug bounties. This is my considered opinion, others may have a different opinion and that is just as valid as my own. Except I'm probably right.
  3. I like Bustabit and I like/respect the owner, it's as fair a game as I've seen anywhere. Oh you mean Stake.com lol that's a very good question, it's a long story but basically I view stake as the player community. The current management team are temporary custodians in my view. There are many kinds of bugs in any business and not all of them are in the software. Some bugs are in the management style, some are in the communications, some are in the behaviour. I'm inclined to point out those bugs if they are damaging to Stake's reputation. While it is useful for the team to know they have cooties, they won't thank you for pointing it out.
  4. I read something in the TOS for this forum when I was signing up. Is there anywhere I can have another look at the tos? It's probably staring me in the face but I can't seem to find it. I'd like to quote one section as an example of good practice.
  5. Yes, thanks very much for the invite, I'm a bit late sorry, was traveling for a week or so. I go have a read of the rules.
  6. on the flip side of that casino's can't pick their nose without someone screaming scam at them.
  7. I take your point but I dont have a problem so much with Stake.com as Stake .com is essentially the players. It's a few bad actors (not all) who are currently involved in the management of stake.com that are the problem. Also just to say I'm not actually a streamer I was just very active in the forum and had a lot of support from players there, so I'm reluctant to abandon them, although it appears now I have no choice.
  8. Yes sorry if I wasn't clear. Although the site looks the same there is one important difference. The purpose of the forum here is to facilitate an active community of players, whereas on stake the purpose is to create an illusion of an active community.
  9. I have one 3 year old platinum account, in excellent standing. It is currently blocked from making withdrawals until I submit personal data. I asked Stake support the following: Why do you require my personal data, when you have no regulatory requirement to so? Why am I receiving marketing emails saying you never withhold player funds, when you clearly do? They refuse to answer the questions asked and just state "it's in our TOS that we can request KYC". Earlier this month the players email address database was compromised by a hacker. So I have no confidence in Stake keeping my personal data secure. When I mentioned this support they pretended it never happened. So basically it comes down to: hand over your personal data with a high risk of Identity Theft. or Say goodbye to your funds on site.
  10. or, seen as they have his name and address, they paid someone to break his fingers.
  11. Stake.com are blocking players from withdrawing their own funds. They are refusing to allow players to withdraw until they hand over valuable personal data. There is no regulatory requirement for Curacao licensed casinos, such as Stake.com, to carry out KYC checks on players. If players send their Personal Data to a casino that is licensed in Curacao, that data has no legal protection under Curacao law. Any data given to Stake.com becomes the property of Stake.com they can sell that data to the highest bidder if they choose. If you do deposit to stake.com, you should note that you may be asked for your personal data in exchange for the privilege of being able to withdraw your own money.
  12. Daniel from Bustabit paid me a bug bounty, I didn't even ask for one. Stake.com used to pay bug bounty. However the last time I found a bug (one that was working to the casinos financial advantage and causing players to lose money) they told me "it was not something they were concerned about."
  13. Invisioncommunity produce and sell an online forum software product. You can see their link at the bottom of the page here.
  14. after me designing a nice christmas card for them, they had the nerve to ban me.
  15. No which is why I want all of my content removed from the site.
  16. The name of the casino is in my original post if you read vertically.
  17. Oh I know why they banned me. They withheld funds belonging to me but their marketing arm consistently states they never hold players funds. When I raised the issue in the forum, they deleted my post, and I received a ban. I was quite active there. My account should show a banned status, as is the norm when a member is banned, but it does not. I have requested they remove all of my posts but they ignore the request.
  18. So, I was banned from a casino forum, They issued no warning, And gave no explanation, Keeping my profile active they have modified my personal profile without permission and Edited my account to hide the ban status from others but continue to deny me access. . Concerned followers who query my whereabouts have those posts deleted by moderators On the surface all seems normal to other members but that is not the case, Moderators collude to hide a ban and nobody is allowed to ask "why?" -Ghostnipple
