I think that money is a temptation that it is hard not to tempt a person... Skrill is my favorite way and I get very angry when they make me wait for hours for a transfer that happens in 1 minute, they just need to transfer the funds...
i think they delay payouts because some gamblers, and maybe most, won't stand waiting for withdrawals for hours, and would refuse the withdrawal and spend the pending withdrawal funds. :(I have also made this mistake quite a few times.
I hope that within a few years the withdrawal option will be released, but funds without the right to refuse the withdrawal.
