Processing times are getting longer and longer at most RTGs so I need all the help I can get lol, it's tough going a week or more without being able to play at the same place. I think what helps me more than anything is the fact that I have never won after reversing a withdrawal, tough way to learn but ultimately it's never done me any good lol, and I always feel crappier after doing it than if I would've just waited and then deposited it again.

      Yeah Val, it's good to know that people outside the US have terrible casinos to deal with too LOL. Honestly though I didn't think Grand Duke was that evil either, definitely not one of the best but I don't remember reading anything major about nonpayments and the like. But obviously they're not on par with Bet365 Casino or the other "big boys" in the industry, which is where I would be spending all my time if I could.

      Smart! Definitely not worth waiting that ridiculous amount of time when there's places that will pay you in under 24 hours. If only more people would stick to that basic advice when they could. I think it's reasonable to give any place a shot with a small deposit if you're into that sort of thing, but there's no reason to keep your money flowing into places that you know won't pay you out in a reasonable timeframe.

      Yes, your best shot is to use the complaints service on here at this point. Just remember to stay polite and be as detailed as possible when you're filling out the complaint form.

      Truth be told, neither of those casinos are well-known for their fast cashout times. Is this your first withdrawal at either of them? Have you sent in the necessary documentation? Just keep bugging them (politely) and keep us updated.

      Agreed 100%. I mean thankfully you really only have to claim it if it's a big amount here even though you're always supposed to; unless the IRS gets a report from the casino or the bank for a large amount you're basically fine. In principle though it's ridiculous.

      Oh they're one of the Grand Prive places aren't they? Always been a terrible group of casinos from what I've heard. There are other BetOnSoft places that are good though. I've had a fairly good experience with the Genesys group (Lucky Creek Casino, Treasure Mile Casino, etc.).

      It's the same thing as giving you 20 free cents to play with (10 spins x 2 cents per spin). Pretty hard to win with that. Their match bonuses on the other hand look decent.

      Sweet! Didn't think they would accept US players but I just looked at the review and it looks like they do. The only BetOnSoft places I'm familiar with are Lucky Creek, Wizbet and the like, so does anyone have any past experience here? Oh, just saw that it's for 2 lines a spin lol.       Where are you playing BlueBird? Most of them are definitely sub-par (heck all of them are if you compare them to the places people outside of the US can play), but there are a few like the Club World group and Sloto'Cash that are still processing withdrawals in 2 days for me. Still takes time to get the check in the mail of course but it's better than getting jerked around with excuses.

      I'm thinking it's only going to get worse; legislation is making its way through the US right now and a few states are really close to getting their own online casinos up and running. HOPEFULLY when that happens we'll get some awesome places to play, but it's hard telling what will happen to the RTG casinos that make most of their cash from the US market.

      I think if they do decide to keep up the good work (I'm still skeptical), they'll need to at least increase their bonus terms and definitely get rid of those big bonuses that don't even have a playthrough requirement. It's obviously a fantastic offer but it's one of those things that is just too good to be true.

      I played at 3Dice Casino this weekend and managed to hit $322 on Fortune Falls. Did withdrawal via check and they said it should be sent out tomorrow morning and I should have it by Friday. No fees

      Glad to see the spammers are in full force today. They have a lot of bonuses here that are pretty easy to find, just go down a bit on the forum and check out the bonus section. I'm surprised by how many exclusives they get here.

      Yeah I got the money by check. It took a little over a week to get to me, which isn't bad but certainly isn't amazing. Wish we still had QuickTender...

      I've been fairly disappointed with the payment processing time it takes to get my money anymore from anywhere. I've heard 3Dice Casino does do incredibly fast payments though, I just wish they had more games. I do like RTG slots, but the delays are getting to be a bit much. I haven't spent much time at Sloto'Cash but the withdrawals at Grande Vegas are getting slower and slower so I might see if they're better at least.

      I'll have to check these guys out; I do prefer BetOnSoft to RTG most of the time nowadays. The Treasure Mile group has been nothing but awesome to me the few times I've played there (credit card has issues there a lot so I can't play as much as I'd like to) and hopefully these guys are just as good. Anyone have any experience here?

      Glad to hear you're finding places that flush now Dark Knight! I have not played at 3Dice in a long time (the slot payouts were awful on my last session) but I'm getting fed up with the longer and longer wait periods so I think they might be my next stop.
