    I'm simply not interested in any Megaways game, so I'm not bothered to look into this game's paytable. Right off, I can say that the win values of all the symbols would suck...typical of all Megaways game...only the multipliers are boosting up the wins. Yet...5 full Wild reels paid only 945x...geeees!

    Right I haven't looked into it. I just played this slot a lot and the Wilds I notice never paid as much as when I get full screen symbols. Even though I agree they look like the should. But just thought they multiplied differently. 

     

    Edit: I just checked the video cause you got me curious lol. It was 108 ways per symbol with the wilds.

    I'm not sure how the Wilds are multiplied. I think more symbols and one wild multiplier pay more. Or just a full screen of a symbol. Also depends on the Megaways.

    In this hit I had only 3 symbols and they were all different. If there were no Wilds and 3 straight lines, the win would have been way less. So in this instance the Wilds helped. I'm not sure if the wilds multiply into themselves.

    I don't know if its even possible to get 7 pyramids per reel but if someone did get that on all 6 reels then thats 3,529,470xBet, BTG probably never had that in their billions of spins of testing the slot and they never said what the biggest xBet was in their billions of tests on Bonanza.. secretive company.

    Within that day, probably around 50 spins, Though I fluctuated bet amounts. Not my first time winning big in Q of R in a small amount of spins.  I have won 6,200 on 2 dollar bets a while ago, which happend the first time I've ever played Queen of Riches. 

    Some days I can spin for a good while and not get much, maybe break even if lucky. Usually lower bets. 

    I think the cap on Queen of Riches is 50,000x, maybe I'm wrong.

    I won't mention the Casino in question but I've contacted support a few times and they said there's nothing they can do to help me with this. I just have to wait.

    Luckily, I am a patient person. But might have to remove my positive review.

  5. The main part is proof of address. 

    So many times I've had trouble with this. 

    All phone bill and bank statements are paperless and my bank statement does not include my address on the PDF  So I have to revert back to paper and wait for the mail to arrive which takes an extra month just so I can take a picture of my statement with the address. 

    My phone bill e-statement does have my address on it, but some casinos don't accept mobile phone statements for some reason. 

    Also I just ran into an extra problem, I recently moved and won some money in the same period. I have to wait 2 months just for everything I need to switch to my new address. On top of that I'm renting, so I only have my mobile and bank statements for proof of address since nothing is in my name. 

    My ID has my new address on it but apparently that's not good enough SMH. 

    Seriously, KYC needs to get with the times. Find a better more efficient way to do this.

    The form they give me only has:

    • Your Bank Account Number *
       
       
    • Your SWIFT code (*)
       
       
    • Clearing Code
       
       
    • Your Bank Name *
       
       
    • Bank Account Owner's Name *
       
      But I also have a Transit number and bank institution number which there is no option for.
      Do they need them? I usually have to provide this info with other casinos when making a withdrawal.
       
      I contacted support a few but I'm not sure they understand my question.
       
      How do I format my bank information correctly?

  8. This has happens quite a bit. I've signed up with many casinos, and every so often I'll receive a sign up bonus directed to a specific game. The issue is many of these games are either not activated or licensed to play in my country (Canada). So il llnsign up, go to play the game only to receive an error message. This is a turn off, I'll usually ignore the casino in question after having a negative first time experience.

    How to fix this? Simple, do what other casinos do. Either have the option to play from multiple providers, or just give a tiny bit of bonus cash.

  10. Is the etransfer option for Canada not working? I tried multiple casinos and none of my deposits are going through. Worked last night. I noticed the email to send deposit requests changed, where it used to be one email for all sites, now it's 2 and neither one seems to be working.

     

    It's a $3.50 dollar charge everytime I cancel my request. I usually give it 20 minutes to process. Normally receive it in 5.
