My money has arrived in my account this morning. I have to say King Billy have been great and kept me informed through all of my concerns and have also given me the name of a new bank that I shouldn't have problems with sending visa payments, I opened a new account so hopefully I won't need to use international money transfer again.

Kazzy got a reaction from Fiekie247 in Weekend Withdrawals
When I first joined wagerbeat casino they processed withdrawals within the hour even on the weekend, but now they have slowed down and I wait anywhere from 24 to 48 hours, weekends are non existant now. I emailed them and questioned why they are now taking so long and I was told pending period is up to 48 hours and staff do their best to process as quickly as possible. As for weekends they are saying 2 business days so if I make a withdrawal on Saturday they are holding my money until Tuesday before processing. I am thinking of leaving but as an Australian player it's hard to find a decent casino, so I put up with the delay because I know I will get my money.

With a bunch of casinos now doing almost instant cashouts, is there really a reason to play at places that keep your money for days, or even weeks?

I know the lure of welcome bonus is something most people cant resist but still...

All depends for me - I'd rather play at a casino with a 12-24hr pending period that offers cash back/offers/some type of loyalty scheme than one that pays me in seconds that doesn't. Ideally they should do both but if I'd to pick, it'd be the former.

    Thanks Feikie247
Until I joined ask gamblers I didn't even know that the slot had variances, haha I just thought I was unlucky. Recently I've been playing Redrake games and had a lot of luck on Asp of Cleopatra. It seems to be the game I keep going back to. Also Isoftbet and realistic.

All Aussie slot player here.. Over the past 3 months I've tried a huge amount of casinos who accept Aussies and have come to love a few and loath some others which I'll explain shortly. Obviously some of these suggestions may have been just my luck but I strongly believe the support I've received on the top 2 have been well above par. The list to find Aussie accepted players I found most helpful was at CasinoFreak, then most times I've come back to AskGamblers to use the affiliate link if the bonuses have been better.

    1. Bitstarz - Support are amazing. They understand you from the word go and deal with issues immediately. So far I've deposited 440 euro and withdrawn 1415 euro. Yes I use Euro as that is their local currency which i find pays out better. Currency conversion fees are not too bad.
    2. Wildblaster - Support are also very good. They explain everything well although there are signs of the support agent being European. So far I've deposited 395 euro and withdrawn 790 euro. One issue I've had is with a credit card declining an incoming cashout request, which took over a month to return to my account, so I am no longer using that card for casino transactions. Probably nothing to do with the casino and more so my bank.
    3. King Billy - Support are good, no issues but not the speediest. Working on a loss at present but slowly coming back to a positive balance. Could be a good option for some Aussies.
    4. PlayAmo - Support are definitely European. My first request to support gave me incorrect information which resulted in me finding my requested slots not being available to me. Although I've deposited and enjoyed some time here, my total losses and overall experience makes me feel like they are scammers that take advantage of problem gamblers.
Others who could have potential for other Aussies but I won't be touching for various reasons - Universal, Space Lilly, Wild Tornado, AlfCasino.

Hope this helps some other Aussies to access some great slots that are not the Realtime Gaming poachers. Best of luck!

Kazzy got a reaction from Fiekie247 in New to online Slots? - Starter guide/tips for newbies playing online slots
Firstly great starter guide, but I will say that I think the guide is good for all of us not just beginners. I've been playing online for about 7 years and I've never been a fan of bonuses so I don't know much about how they work. Reading the above was great as I have heard terms like sticky bonuses but didn't have a clue. I basically play slots with my own money and if I win that's great. There is so much that I don't know, you would think after 7 years I'd know more but I don't. Anyway thanks for explaining all that stuff I really appreciate it.

Slotsmillion, slottocash, playamo and Gunsbet are all open to Australian players and all have pretty good reviews. I am mostly playing at slotsmillion at the moment.

With the luck I've had recently on this slot I have to nominate Asp of Cleopatra by Redrake games.
I wish I'd known about this competition a few weeks ago I would have taken a heap of screenshots. Fingers crossed I will have more luck playing this at a new casino.

We've had a boost in Australian-themed posts over the last few weeks so it's great to have a single thread where you can help each other. It's obiously not easy for you guys to find places to play these days.

No idea I'm afriad, sounds like they may be closing down if they're taking away the deposit option though?

Also I've moved your topic to a better location.

I've been playing at Mr Bet for a while now and today when I logged in I received a message saying as from 14 September the deposit option will no longer be available and I also got another message saying cashbacks are no longer available as well. Does anyone know what's going on as I found it a great place to play.

Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers.

As advised at the above post, requiring to wager your deposit a few times is pretty much a common practice nowadays due to new and stricter anti-money laundering measures applied by online casinos as per their regulatory agreements. It also works perfectly against the so called "hit&run" gamblers who would join a casino make a few-hundred-bucks deposit, bet it on black or red and request a withdrawal immediately after a successful bet.

Hope the above helps, but in case you have further questions, be our guest and feel free to ask.

HI Kazzy and welcome to askgamblers.

Common thing - Whenever you deposit and do not take a bonus you need to wager your deposit x1 before you can request a withdrawal, that is to prevent money laundering etc. We do have some casinos that need you to wager your deposit x5 after you deposited. Standard practice and nothing wrong with it.

No casino will allow you to deposit and then withdraw again - Unless they will charge you a 10 - 20% withdrawal fee from your deposit.

Be lucky its x2 , King Billy ask x3, but Videoslots x1, Casino Adrenaline x5.

    Hope the above information helps.

Hi I'm an Australian player and many of the online casinos I played at no longer allow Australian players, I have found a casino I really enjoy called and Mr Bet but they are the first casino I have come across that has a 2x wagering requirement on your own money. Is this a common thing as I have never seen wagering on your own money before.
