      I believe the country restrictions are because of the issue of not being able to buy Amazon vouchers for mentioned countries. Most countries cannot issue vouchers to Indian currency, maybe its the same thing with you. I personally have no problem in accepting Amazon vouchers in GBP or Euro. So next time if its allowed it can be discussed on this matter. The rules should stay the same as for now.
