      Currently I am falling in love with Elk gaming all over again. The way they are coming up with new slots and the mechanism of those slots is something that really impresses me. All their new releases are different from each other and even though they release slots which are sometimes a sequel to previous ones they still manage to add something new and get me hooked like everyone else. Currently I am enjoying all of their slots and especially Mystic orbs, Book of torro, illogicool, Stars of orion and will try nitropolis 3 in the near future.

      Recently I connected to the live chat of a reputed casino and ask them if they have a deposit bonus for me. The agent told me if I deposit €600 I would get 50% plus a reduced wager down to 25xbonus. And if I deposited €800 I would get a 50% bonus plus "lowest wager possible" which was 20x. I was licking my lips as soon as I heard the bonus terms. I told the agent I would come back next day and he said no worries. He also said make a deposit and come on chat and he would add the bonus. Next day I deposited €600 and went to live chat which was unfortunately down for maintenance. I sent a mail and asked my matter to be handled by the agent who promised me the bonus. I got no reply for the next two days and finally on the third day a different agent responded and said the special bonus will not be added and you will get a 50% bonus with standard wager and if I dont want the bonus I will have to wager my funds three times. Let's end this here. I want to know is it right of Live agents to promise bonuses with special terms that are not there in their t&c. Also when they back out what can I do. I remember @ValDes once told me that casinos are not obligated to fulfill promises made by agents but then why are they allowed to offer special bonus with special terms. What can a player do in such scenarios?

      I hope you can fix your gambling addiction and get your life back together. Talking about filing a complaint that you should brother. Go the UKGC and file a complaint against them asap. They have clearly broken t&c by allowing you to deposit more than allowed. Not asking for SOW was also wrong. Please file a complaint and keep us updated.

      Yup. Started my session doing 20 cent bets. Raised bets by 20 cent after every 500 spins until 60 cent spins. Then 1000 spins on 80 cent bets. Lost €450 until then. Then raised it to €1. Had 148x bonus. Then had this 831x on three scatter bonus. Unlocked all rows. Got the collector green box and unlocked the lowest chest. So was collecting around 60x on every spin.
