      I would suggest everybody should be issued a gaming ID, like a passport.       I would like to suggest that next forum competition could have a deposit limit like the max multiplier or biggest win for a capped deposit. For e.g. biggest multiplier win on a 100 euro deposit or biggest win in terms of amount on a 100 euro deposit. Something on those lines.
