      You need to have highest multiplier on both the slots. Not higher than yours, just higher than others.

Then I used Canada as my VPN location and Pragmatic play was visible. I signed up at the casino and used VPN but Pragmatic play not visible.       Looks like you were registered on a website that restricts you from gambling and you still gambled. If thats the case they have every right to hold your payment but they also need to give your deposit back. Can you please explain in detail.
