Already water under the bridge, we've all been there.
I personally have never felt the inclination to play at SlotsMillion, can't rightly say why off the top of my head, but I'd guess something in the terms rubbed me the wrong way, or the stated withdrawal times or I didn't like the particular font face they used.. (I can sometimes just not like the vibe of a place) ?
I do however completely understand the frustration, one wouldn't have to dig too far around the net to find a rather disgruntled post from me dressing down Rizk for the pending period "new normal" as my withdrawal times went from minutes when I first started playing to consistently pending 12-24hrs and support just brushing it off when I inquired with a blanket "we've always aimed for 24hrs, don't contact until that has passed"
Long story short, since the post, it's been much longer than 24 hours since we spoke.. my next deposit there and my continued loyalty, as I stated so cleverly, is pending.. period.
To the matter at hand, my suggestions were genuine, in the wee hours when no one is around and I am poking around here and there,  I often offer what answers, help or experience I may have on whatever is sitting lonely on the forums without any replies. Feel free to always take it with a grain of salt, I'm just another of the spinsane masses looking to find the reel deal.

Nope, I can assure you the AskGamblers Complaints Team do NOT like nor tend to ignore complaints UNLESS these have been found to in breach of AGCCS Terms and/or not following AGCCS Guidelines of course. As a long standing member of our website and user of our complaints service you should be well in aware of that by now.  
Anyway, your newest complaint against the aforementioned operator has just been reviewed and processed. Link is here. 
 

I noticed while practicing my point and click, Russian to English auto-translate skills that  FastPay and a few others are willing to offer some rather generous prizes for "play mode" top multiplier competitions.. maybe see if it's like an anti-english conspiracy or they just didn't know we like contests here too ?
 

Their official pending period is 48 hours but they pretty much choose themselves whether to adhere to that - you know, cos terms and conditions are only applicable to players and not vice versa ?.
They've taken a nosedive since their inception. Also, whilst they're aware of payment processor issues they still continue to use them. What a fantastic approach to putting the customer at the centre of your business - hey guys, yeah we know our PP is ***** but that's how the world turns, you will definitely get your money by the end of the year. 

Personally, I'd urge anyone with the desire to play at Slotsmillion to try and curb their wanton desires. It really isn't worth a 7 day wait.

Please be careful with your replies and remember this is a friendly forum! TheAverageGuy was replying and suggestioning a resolution and was in no way being rude and warranted that repy. Please take my advise and wait for our admin to reply or you can contact our support team who may also be able to help you further.

Clearly my mistake, as your reply certainly highlights nothing at all that could encourage someone to be disinterested in offering any further attempts at support or assistance.

I got no trouble with those guys, it’s the Canadians that make me twitchy.. I just don’t trust anyone that friendly.. 

3 Things need to be verified, each with their own document(s)
1) Your id (name, date of birth) this is solved with passport/license/state id card
2) Your address (recent bill recieved by post to address that matches provided ID, utility bill, government issued document, bank statement etc)
3) Your payment source (photo of the credit/bank card used, screenshots of online accounts) again with information that matches the above 2 items.
Unfortunately, while a single piece of ID may cover most of the bases, it isn't enough to satisfy regulations and requirements.
With that said, some sites are more of a nit picky pain in the ***** abut their requirements for each step, method of submission, size, dimensions, mothers childhood crush..
If you want to get paid, you'll jump through the hoops ?
I do however feel your pain and wish you as hassle free a KYC as possible.
