Looks like your case deals with something that is not written in black and white. Sadly dispute resolution sites like AG cannot help in these matters. I suggest you file a complaint with cadre. I cannot post link so I am posting a screenshot. Please follow. -

Do you have any friends with accounts at stake? If yes then did anyone or more than one of them placed these exact same bets on Stake or any other platform?
