    • this is exactly what I think and people should be aware of this.   Another thing, they closed my account the28th of february and guess what, the 13th march I received an email, not just a spam, like the chats with deloro you receive when you start a discussion with their support from their sister casino Heats casino to invite me to open an account. I immediately answer asking how they had my email adress but of course get no answer.  I asked deloro as well regarding this point because of course they shared my information with their sister casino.  No answer.  This casino has very strange behaviors, there are lots of bad reviews that are flagged on trustpilot. fortunately mine were confirmed twice.  I don’t understand how they can risk there reputation that way. They might make a lot of money, how can they act in this disrespectful way with their customers ?  I saw as well that when a new player opens an account if he doesn’t deposits before the validation of the KYC they find it suspect and send a lot of questions including why do you wait for your KYC validation before depositing?  But for me they didn’t asked me even one question and just closed my account taking me 22k just like this knowing i’m just armless.  I had the 2fa activated, they were probably not able to access my account and loose all my winnings.  I want to warn current and new clients of Deloro Casino :  1- wait for your KYC validation before depositing  2- Never use a VPN  3- activate 2FA 4- make a device fingerprinting test to be sure that they can track you enough  not to make a false match with other users of iphone  5-be careful because they are sharing your datas without your consent.   
    • they closed my account and confiscated my balance of 21’834€ because They are accusing me of having “multiple accounts”. since I know that it’s 100%  false, I tried to find what could have lead them to this conclusion and a false technical match.  they say :  This conclusion was not based on a single factor, but on a combination of indicators, including: * Matching IP address * Identical device fingerprint data These elements together confirm that the accounts were accessed under the same technical environment. the point is that I used a VPN for exactly 3 minutes to access freespins (on a game I was able to play to but to be able to accessthe promotion they told me to use a vpn (see screenshot).  Using a vpn includes using shared ip and I think that’s wath lead to this mismatch. the second point is device fingerprinting : I play exclusively with my iphone 13. they have randomized fingerprinting that could match thousands of people (you can check how your fingerprinting is unique using  “cover your track” I attach my result.  How can a support agent instruct the use of a VPN, while I am later accused of IP sharing, given that VPNs are known to generate shared IP addresses? Is this instruction given to all customers and then used against them when they make big wins ? because I saw that the story was the same with a case you know well (bp54) ? They made 0 effort to find a solution they didn’t answer any of my questions even the easy one that are not implying private informations from the supposed other accounts linked to me.  Moreover they are not even able to tell me if someone is using my identity which could be a very serious security breach.
