Yes, their support exists but unless you are holding some VIP status you may expect a significant delay in terms of responses.

How are you trying to contact them? A support ticket? I'll add here that unforunately they have terrible support! If your country allows it I'd probably phone them instead, you'll get a much quicker and quite possibly an inch of better support that way. I'm not sure if telephone support  is available in all countries though,
