Correct mate - AG run the support as that allows us to support many more languages (Spanish, Norwegian, Finnish, German) and have longer LiveChat hours. (Increased from 9am - 11pm to 7am - 1am). Soon the LiveChat will be 24 hours too. And Phone support too if you feel like chatting about a problem instead of typing :)

Wasn't aware about VISA Direct though, AFAIk, we're adding a bunch of new deposit and withdrawal methods this quarter. I'll check if that's on the list.

Can I ask what happened to the old support staff? Seems like the likes of yourself made the cut and came along but i guess many didn't? or were they outsourced before?

All support prior to migration was done in-house.

After migration, some of the team were absorbed into other roles (Content writing, Image design, Affiliate support etc) :)

Prior to the change, if i deposited and withdrew via VISA, once approved it was in the account right away - i presume this meant VISA Direct - don't think AG use it/signed up to yet?

Seems a lot more casino's are using this (not sure how it works/if it costs x amount more or what it's dependant upon etc)

There's a thread here of all the ones i've noted that use it - must admit it does have a big attraction for those of us who can't use Trustly/Wallets etc

Thanks for the insight, It's reassuring to know that the old trada staff are still there, at first i thought it had been sold to what felt like a rogue operator after seeing some reviews in the past few months.

Now I'm just 🤞 hoping you can get me a positive response today 😅!

AG may not be my favourite place but they're far from rogue - just improvements needed 😉

I've never had an issue when i played there with withdrawals etc - certainly never went to bed worrying about pending ones (though that would be one of the improvements - either remove the pending or at least, like Trada used to, allow a lock on it)

In another thread Mrs P plays at one of the brands and if she withdraws at 11pm, it's approved (well last 5) at 3am on the dot.

Hopefully, if I was a gambling man, I wouldn't place my bets on it. 😂. But I'm grateful for conor for looking into it!

Conor seems somewhat of a magician. Ergo the challenge is:

 - Can he turn my 10 quid deposit into a 1000x Bonanza bonus, or

 - Will he make my balance disappear before my very eyes?

Only joking - we know casino's can't influence games*

Happy to see the issue has been resolved in a relatively prompt manner thanks to @Conor@Trada.  :good::

Seems like the new forum functionality with tagging (@username) specific forum member (or casino rep in this case) works really great, therefore, you're strongly encouraged to use it on every possible occasion. ;)
