Syndicate Casino: Account blocked because of review

Hi, 

Was trying to log on to Syndicate Casino today and then my account was blocket. Got in touch wth live chat that told me it was blocket because of FAKE review.   Seriously, they block people when they get negative feedback? 

I was writing a review on askgamblers for some days ago and this is what i like and dislike about the casino: 

Over 40 game providers
Fast verification time, under 12 hours for me.
Fast withdrawal approval, under 24 hours to bank account and money fast to my bank account.
Great live support.

Exstremly high withdrawel fee to bank account, 50 Euro
Try to withdraw to paysafecard, chat told me it was a error
Could not play BTG games, 404 error, game open in play money mode, chat told me it work fine from their side.
Max cashout on freespinns 50 euro, that means you can not withdraw anything to bank account because of the fee.

What! Are you being serious here? They can't block your account because of that surely. And to be fair that isn't even a negative review. Every casino has pros and cons and you have clearly listed some fantastic pros for them so I'm shocked that they think this is a bad review. 

Never ever heard of a casino doing this before. Not sure if this would warrant a complaint @ValDes?

Thats what the live support told me, Blocked because of FAKE review.

Ludicrus! Have you questioned them as to how they could even think that is a fake review? Seems like your honest opinion to me, nothing fake about that! And certainly not a way to act considering this is come from a Certified Casino! I'll see if I can get someone on to this. I can't promise but I will try, considering it is one of our Certified Casinos.

I can see there is a rep replying to reviews - the one who has posted a 10-star review surprisingly so there maybe someone we can contact about this. Leave it with me, unless our other admin can do something before me. But until he replies I'll see what I can do for you,.

I registered on their casino a week ago and got verified ready to deposit, now I joined and saw they're giving 30 free spins which I took and completed the wagering, and after it around 48e left on my balance as they took 100e+.

Now when I go to withdrawal page there is only bank transfer and zotapay wallet? No skrill or anything?


Not to mention that fee on bank transfers it 50E?

That is actually crazy, there is nowhere in the terms and conditions where anything is stated with regards to player reviews. You should really get in touch with them and appeal to be provided with the full reason as well as the actual justification.

Like i wrote in my review, the banktransfer fee is huge, 50 Euro. 
I had other withdrawel metod, and i try to withdraw to paysafecard, but it did not work, live support told me it was a error. 
Max cashout on freespins you get is 50Euro.

Most departments operate along the lines of 'lets hear from consumers, hear what their gripes are and see if we can fix them'

Their approach of 'Ban' from the casino seems a bit anti that - plus, achieves nothing. Reviews out there.

Hey that's really cool that your issue was resolved so fast!

I am a brand new member and i am a bit new to forums still trying to find my way around. However i am worried now to post a review of the 2 casinos that i play on following the reading of this post. My reviews are not necessarily negative however there are negative points to it. Just wondering if its worth the hassle of getting my account blocked...

I doubt very much that will happen. This particular case - it seems was a misunderstanding and never have we eer heard (before this i mean) of an account being blocked because of a negative review.
