Hi just an update my original withdrawal of 700 was reset back to my account and set to 400. Checked terms and unless you have deposited a total of 200 or more then the winnings are capped at 10x last deposit amount. I've withdrew again so just waiting to see what happens next

Hi all.

I joined Cherry Fiesta in April managed to get verified and complete a withdrawal albeit the £200 minimum (strangely high minimum for a casino)

26 days ago requested withdrawal, still waiting.

Chat representative is rude, arrogant, contradictory and useless. Customer service do not respond.

Also received text from sister site Chilli which appears identical. Cannot block number or unsubscribe. (Unusual).

Also deposits switch to different currencies.  (Odd).

My advice, avoid, wish I had but there is a chance you could receive your winnings. Just don't bet on it.

A ride indeed. Chilli 777 is the other site that looks identical and no doubt they have others. Just wish there was something that I could do to inconvenience them. A bit of revenge. They enticed me back after a year of abstinence and I was right back on the slippery slope. I should have known when my account was accepted that there was something dodgy, I'm excluded from all reputable firms. More reason to stay on the straight and narrow. Should have found this site sooner. Something must be able to be done to expose these fraudsters, take down their sites or even stop them opening in the first place.

I couldn't agree more mate! I, for one, have been avoiding all such casinos for several years now, choosing to play only at reliable and reputable casinos, and I've been on the safe road ever since.

Hi all. Just an update. My withdrawal was processed yesterday and the funds hit my account this morning.  So there is hope. Why it has taken exactly 1 month to process it, I can only assume they have a cashflow problem.

All just a quick update from me! I got my money today, my withdrawal request was on the 6th June, my withdrawal was approved on the 1st July and paid on the 2nd July and it went into my bank at lunchtime today. This was for 1200 Euros

Oh no, I hate rude customer services. What about email support instead so you speak to someone else? What's their reason fot not processing it yet? That's also a riduclous minimum amount to withdraw. Would be a huge tell tale sign for me to stay away.
