We don't have them here and I've never heard of them but seems like that is the standard welcome bonus they offer on their website. However, live chat are extremely rude and will not even tell you who they are licensed by! I really wouldn't bother wasting your time.

Cherry Fiesta, yes, I've visited their website some years ago, had a look at their terms, and immediate walked away! Hahaha.

Can't really remember, but it must have been an RTG or RIVAL casino, or owned by one of the unwelcomed groups.

Their live chat flagged warnings straight away! Stay well clear IMO. Telling me the licensing information is at the botttom of the page when it isn't (well not for me anyway). Copied and pasted the paragraph I can see and still told me it was in the paragraph. It wasn't.

Well its been a week now since uploading my docs and still my account hasnt been verified iv emailed them with no reply went on live help and  he was just so rude

Hiya i won on cherry fiesta and was asked for my docs iv sent them in email twice and uploaded them on there site. Its been 3 weeks and they just keep saying you have to wait for account to be verified its the same person on live help all the time. I think theres only him who works on there i dont know what els i can do but just keep waiting he is very rude as well this is my last convo i had with him

Sorry there was a typo in my post above. It was meant to read you cannot open a complaint here as we do not have this casino. Have you asked for their complaints procedure? They're clearly stalling your payments now if it has been so long. Who are they licensed by?

Extremely bad casino. Don’t use them. Support is very very rude. This is company unworthy. They should lose their license and this should be taken down. Also they take your data and send spam texts. To be clear, I never gave permission for them to use my information. It’s gets crazier, I’m not even registered with the casino.  Never was
