I am in the process of changing my old email as my internet provider will start to charge for it in 2020, so I made an gmail address. Yesterday I email expekt as they have no live chat anymore!? To change the email of my account. I also made a withdrawal.

This morning i got an email to send documents as if this was my first withdrawal (i have made a cople of withdrawals before with no problems and have provided my documents). 

So i was logging in to my account to resend documents but got message that it was closed, thought it might have something to do with the change of email as i used the old email when logging in as they had not yet replied to the mail sent yesterday. 

So i sent an email to customer support and asked how to send documents and how to get my account back active. 

Then 6 hours later about an hour ago they send an email to me saying that my account is permanently closed due to violating terms and conditions. "For further info read the terms and conditions on the site"

I am baffled. Anyone had similar experiences? I have made bets and been playing on the casino, just normal betting and used some of their promos. The withdrawal was for a sum of about 1500eur.

You mentioned bets in your opening post which means unfortunately you are not allowed AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service/ which covers only casino related disputes. 

You can still forward the matter in front of the regulatory body directly though. Should be MGA in this case - https://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/
