Winning removal because I didn't have the prerequisites of the bonus

Hello i want to ask something. I deposit via NETeller in one casino and they give me a 200% bonus.  I played and i won. I made the wager and i contact the support if i can make withdrawal they say that everything is ok. But when i made the withdrawal the rejected it and they remove all the winnings. The reason was that the dont offer bonus in NETeller deposit. Do you you belevie that is anything i can do to take my winnings or there is no change?

Long Story Short:

They'll say you breached terms and therefore won't pay. You can complain but i see little point as ADR's will rule that you convened their terms....

Bigger Picture - why do they apply the bonus when you deposit with it (even if you claim) - plenty of sites will simply not apply it if NT etc is the method.  Given tech is a casino's bread and butter, you'd think this would be common/easy but, as cases like yours show, it's easy to see why they don't...

Completely agree! How many times have we seen this same question asked about the misuse of Neteller and Skrill bonuses! Casinos should not be allowing bonuses to go through if you've deposited with this method but will always be covered because it's in their terms and conditions. 

@tsimpouri85 Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about it. If you check the casinos bonus terms you'll probably find it there.

Well most casinos I play at the bonus does not get added, however there were one or 2 occasions where the bonus was added, but I knew the terms and spoke to live chat and they removed it for me. Did not wanna end up losing funds.

@tsimpouri85 - Like many has advised, nothing is going to happen, they should refund your deposit at least.
