ValDes
Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers Forum. Check your email, you should have received automatically generated email notification as soon as you requested the disputed withdrawal via the casino interface. Also, no better source for info but the relevant casino team themselves.
cocopop3011
@Second4o Did you manage to sort this?
pinnit2015
Virtual Casino Group....eek..... Even for RTG casino their payout times (if they pay at all), verge on months. Presumably you're from North America and are limited in where you play? - only cos I can think of no reason to play here unless you are heavily restricted in where you can. catapultaudio
Wow, nothing says cowboy outfit like a page not found error.... but on the withdrawals page? Are we sure it isn't April 1st???? I remember the virtual group were trying to sort themselves out and shed their previous poor reputation a couple of years ago, guessing that didn't go so well then ? You will be surprised to know how many online players adore playing RTG slots actually. In fact, Cool Cat, Planet 7 and all alike have chosen the predefined RTG set with highest RTP and they have indeed an incredible amount of big winners! This is confirmed by the average disputed amount for their complaints opposed to all the others (non US friendly operators) which is approximately 5 times higher. Having all the above in mind, please pay attention to the fact that their AGCCS success rate is above 90% which is again an incredible stat for casinos operating from unknown location and under unknown license. catapultaudio
Oh I'm not too surprised at all, a lot of those Real Time Gaming slots are great! And their Blackjack is CRAZY when you get on a run with it too. I'm sure there was one place that was still accepting UK players a while back but I can't think where it was now... i definitely miss their games though I might have a look into it. Casino Xtreme maybe, was that it??? So, your saying that there are tonnes more complaints about the Virtual group (including this Ruby Slots???) but also, over 90% of them are eventually resolved successfully? What is the story there then, the casino just loves trying it on but if people cause enough of a stink they pay out in the end???

No other way to explain why they are somehow always/mostly not sticking to their notorious 7-10 business days payment time frames.
