I need to get in touch with them to explain if I am missing any requirement to be able to withdraw, but I cannot contact by chat (redirects me to the home page) or by email (I have sent several to different addresses and I have not They answer, and in the only answer I got, they didn't solve anything.) Maybe you have been banned from using these, have no idea, but this sounds as a possible reason why you cannot use it. Anyway, you can not and should not use AGCCS for solving issues like the aforementioned one. Please make sure to forward the matter in front of the casino team directly OR comply with the requirements listed on my previous post if you intend to use our complaints service.
