I would like to start by saying I had the worst experience with bitstars casino they say you can claim a ag coin after you sign up then once you sign up they say you need to go though the link and the they just keep failing to come through with what they are offering I highly recommend not falling for there anticks so don't sign up and you won't be wasting any time. Now to syndicate casino I would like to thank use for my great experience with you guys I give use a 7 out of 10 thank use again

To claim AG Coin you do need to use the special links that are provided on our review page. Only members of AskGamblers can claim  AG Coin as it is exclusive to AG so if you signed up without using our links then BitStarz are right that you cannot get the Coin.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us, but just as @cocopop3011 mentioned, you have to use the special link on the review page.

If someone is running into some issue with BitStarz, I'm always happy to help, but in this case, it involved following a certain procedure through AskGamblers,
that is a bit out of the BitStarz control as far as experience goes.

If you have any issues regarding anything happening whilst playing at BitStarz or any questions, I'm happy to answer here or in a PM.

Use sent me the link so I signed up through a friend and guess what it didn't work so save the laim lies and sell them to someone else

Glitches happen and pretty sure, if eligible, you could have had it sorted.

"Use", I guess you mean ''user'' sent you the link, you signed up through a friend .... Sorry to say that but is sounds more like a horror movie to me rather than a genuine situation of some misunderstanding.

Like we have already stated if you did not use the AG direct link it won't work. Nothing complicate about that, pretty self explanitory if you ask me.
