I won 13 days ago, 1.5K after registration they sent me an email , that the money is on the way, this was last wednesday.....if i ask how long it will takes, they say they cant tell me exactely, up to 5 working day`s, i was asking them again today, they said maybe 2 days more, but why the *****, they cant tell me any date? According to there rules, 5 days after i requested my withdrawel....it takes already more than 1 week.. via chat the support is fast, but nobody can tell me when.....soon 2 weeks...i am afraid that i never will see my money from this casino.............................has someone experience with them? If its a case of they can't say because its down to the processing times of your bank and so forth then that is fair enough. If they are claiming they can't give you a definitive answer when their own staff will authorise the payment for release, then yes I'd definitely be worried. I've never played there either but what was your method of withdrawal? Was it bank transfer? I assume it is showing as processed in your account, yes? Afi4wins Posted October 2, 2019 Share Posted October 2, 2019 For me personally, I would NOT WORRY if a casino holds a Curacoa license...as long as the casino belongs to Direx NV or N1 Interactive...all others, I would avoid playing there whenever possible! The part of 10x cashout limit seems absurd to me, I could understand it for a bonus rule but if I play without bonus, I can't withdraw more than 10x my deposit amount? I mean come on..
