But when I tried to withdraw my legitimate $ 1200 worth of money, they send me a massage to verify my account and the problem started. On 25 August I sent all the documents they required immediately and all except the address documents were approved. Until then I firmly believed that they would not intentionally delay. But they receiving the additional address documents they wanted by me, they asked me to resend two times because they had lost my documents. That way they delayed the week, and I checked with the customer service several times, but they only responded that they had to wait 72 hours. However, the time is up to 72 hours and nothing changed and I contacted them, but again delayed by mentioning the national timeline. And their oniy answer is 'soon'. It is now the eighth day and I have doubt that they are making a deliberate delay. In all other casinos I've used, I've never had this. Account verification was completed in less than three days, and everything was completed in less than five days, even if has a long withdrawal time. RaX Posted September 3, 2019 Share Posted September 3, 2019 ive played with Spelaa, and when cancelling the acocunt was offered £50 bonus money that i couldnt withdraw so i took the offer and turned it into £1400 withdrawal funds which i cashed out maybe within 5 days (i had to send some identification too) I closed my account not soon after getting my account. Spela Seem very genuine with me be patient. On the other hand, I don't understand why I had to wait so long for a problem that could be solved so quickly. In any case, after waiting, the problem is solved, and there is no problem with me and their trust. But when I think of the long and long time I've been waiting for my withdrawal, I won't be able to make a deposit again. Until their withdrawal policy changes. For companies with several casino clients it's entirely possible that one of these outsourced support functions has 2/3/4 casino's on the go at the same time. If you feel you have exhausted all your options with the casino then maybe you should consider the idea of using AGCCS . More about how to use it here. Fortunately, while I was discussing the issue with the askgambler team, the Casino Customer Center solved the problem in less than five minutes. my certification and withdrawal was processed right away.
